I paid extra to stay in a loft, hoping it would be quiet but the pipes kept knocking all night and kept waking me up.

Clean room. Quiet and pet friendly. Nice restaurant around the corner from it. Good breakfast

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. The cleanliness of the room was below standard, and it didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned. The breakfast also wasn’t good.

The room wasn’t clean, There were dried spills on the end tables by the bed. The staff were very easy to deal with and the room was large and lovely, just not clean. Also, there wasn’t enough food at breakfast and I showed up at 8 and it was gone.

Clean room, cheerful staff and great price. Oh yeah, and breakfast to boot!! We'll always stay here from now on!

Staff were very friendly and courteous! 5/5 for the staff! The room, however, was outdated and in need of renovations. The bed on the main floor was lumpy and uncomfy, and the heater kicked on and off throughout the night. It was very noisy, making for a restless sleep. The loft bathroom was a bit grungy, but the bed was more comfy than the downstairs one. On the upside, lots of space. It was nice to have separate sleeping and bathroom areas from the kids.

Staff and service were excellent, room rates were great, hotel in general was excellent with a very clean modern layout. The breakfast room was spacious, clean and inviting, the breakfast itself however was poor, really bad coffee and limited food options, we were expecting far better from an otherwise great modern style hotel, the cut off time needs to be at least 10:00 am. Either greatly improve the breakfast experience or do not offer it at all, Tim Horton's should not be preferable to the breakfast offered at this relatively higher end accommodation.

Staff were very friendly. Thw place was great. All we needed with comfortable beds. Very reasonably priced. Great place to stay.

Service was great. Parking was close to my room. Breakfast was awesome.

Cumpriu o objetivo. O hotel é antigo e o barulho externo passa um pouco mas dormimos bem. Café da manhã ok.

Hotel is easy to assess from highway but still quite in the area. Restaurants are minutes away of driving with enough choices. Scenic viewpoints are around within local driving distances. Staff are friendly, rooms and carpet are clean versus the hotel age. The two-storey Suite setup is perfect for small families with functional kitchenette.

Staff was great, building is nice but getting old. Pizza place next to it is awesome.

Everything was fair for the price!
