The heat for room was broken, so it felt like a sauna. Even turned on AC, but was only downstairs, so didn't help upstairs at all. Couldn't imagine it in Summer months! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and kitchenette was well equipped for stays. Mattress on sofabed needs replacement or foam topper. Overall decent value for stay.

Absolutely loved the room, breakfast wasn't the best, by time we got to the dining room around 7am there was nothing left and nothing filled up. The parking was bad, so many work trucks taking up two stalls and taking up the whole parking lot. Had to park far both nights.

The room we stayed in (217) had been recently patched up. However there was drywall dust all over the main bathroom and coat area. We only had two towels for four people. There was a leak that dripped from the upstairs sink into the floor. The staff suggested ‘put a towel down’ we insisted they bring bucket-which filled over night! I thought it was an economical place to stay while we skied Marmot this weekend but it was disgusting. Topping off the stay was the rock hard muffins from the continental breakfast. Not just stale—ROCK HARD! I peaked into the food prep room to tell a staff about the muffin. Gross I would not ever eat the breakfast. That room was beyond disgusting. I have emailed management but clearly they don’t care. Never will I ever stay here aging! I may email the Environmental Public Health Board though. This is a job for Alberta’s Public Healrh Services.

This is my go to place to stay every time I’m in town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The best part is the hot breakfast!!!

Nice arrangement for family need in a hotel as like home.

We enjoyed our stay here because of the value. We stayed in a room with a loft and found it very spacious. The furnishings are old and need updated. The beds are average and the pillows lumpy. I recommend bringing your own pillow. We tried using the pullout bed but it was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep on it - we had to squish our son on our bed with us. The breakfast is fine. The waffle machine is great. The receptionist was friendly. Overall, the hotel is good value and we enjoyed our stay. You get what you pay for and so you gotta keep that in mind.

The employee that checked us in was great and helped fix the tv. This hotel needs some TLC. it was very cold outside and the door leaked in so much cold air the heaters never cut out as the thermostat was next to the door and the upper level was like a sauna. Showers needed some cleaning. The beds were ok. We paid $88 a night which is pretty cheap all the same.

Breakfast was great. The room was quiet, though the toilet ran a bit and I could not get it to stop. Not very environmentally friendly but was kind of like sleeping beside a babbling brook. Maintenance will want to take a look at that. Room 121.

Wifi signal was unstable, had to re-connect multiple times. In most cases the network status shows “Connected, no internet”. Everything else was OK if considering price/quality

Price was great. very clean. it was a bit noisy.( trafic, the water pipes, and the people outside our room.
