飯店整體表現都很不錯，離景點也都很近

非常好的一間飯店，很舒服、貼心的服務，位於科隆教堂旁的市中心，很便利的生活機能，下次一定會在入住，非常好

酒店所有服務簡直完美,早餐非常棒,房間裡面mini bar 免費享用,地點在車站與大教堂旁邊,方便又漂亮,早上還有免費報紙,唯一缺點就是早餐咖啡有點難喝,房間沒有快煮壺,我猜德國人不愛喝茶XD?

位置非常好！就在火車站及科隆大教堂旁邊，雖然在中心位置，但晚上房間還是很寧靜。Staff服務專業、親切有善！我們住的是Deluxe room，房間裝修漂亮，面積大。絕對是非常難忘的住宿經驗！

房間不要選擇面對飯店內的造景及低樓層的，視野感覺不好。

没说的，十分好，位置好，出火车站就到了，科隆大教堂边上，很容易找。酒店房间大气，冰箱的饮料全免费，真够可以的。

It worth to stay. Everything just right perfect! Classy and traditional but may not good for young generation that they looking for hip hotel.

The staff was friendly and attentive. We frequented the bar several times and the drinks and food were excellent. The hotel is renovating the kitchen which was under our room. The work awakened us at 7:30 each morning which was startling. I wrote to the manager who wrote a nice note of apology and gave us an afternoon treat and two drink vouchers. Is it weren't for the construction noise, the stay woukd have been excellent.

It’s a beautiful hotel right in the center of the city. I was just passing through, on the way to Austria, so I only stayed for one night. I would have liked to stayed for longer. Maybe next time. The staff were very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was quite nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was anazing

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and super staff! Skip the buffet breakfast. We had poached and scrambled eggs both with large chunks of shells we didn’t eat. Ordered pancakes to share and received 2 thumb size pancakes with hard bagel texture. We are American and love breakfast buffets but not this one that was very expensive at a 5 star hotel.
