飯店整體表現都很不錯，離景點也都很近

非常好的一間飯店，很舒服、貼心的服務，位於科隆教堂旁的市中心，很便利的生活機能，下次一定會在入住，非常好

酒店所有服務簡直完美,早餐非常棒,房間裡面mini bar 免費享用,地點在車站與大教堂旁邊,方便又漂亮,早上還有免費報紙,唯一缺點就是早餐咖啡有點難喝,房間沒有快煮壺,我猜德國人不愛喝茶XD?

位置非常好！就在火車站及科隆大教堂旁邊，雖然在中心位置，但晚上房間還是很寧靜。Staff服務專業、親切有善！我們住的是Deluxe room，房間裝修漂亮，面積大。絕對是非常難忘的住宿經驗！

房間不要選擇面對飯店內的造景及低樓層的，視野感覺不好。

没说的，十分好，位置好，出火车站就到了，科隆大教堂边上，很容易找。酒店房间大气，冰箱的饮料全免费，真够可以的。

It worth to stay. Everything just right perfect! Classy and traditional but may not good for young generation that they looking for hip hotel.

Das Personal war spitze!

We absolutely loved this hotel stay! Staff was wonderful. They treated our son like a prince! Close to train station, cathedral, shopping, and dining. Will stay here again for sure!

Very bad customer service across all areas of the hotel. In particular the restaurant was the worst. The waiters ignore you, make you wait for ages, then don't take your order properly and still charge you. We overheard another customer complaining about the service too. Terrible check in. We waited for ages and then when we got to the front of the queue the receptionist ignored us and started speaking to her colleague so we went to someone else who wasn't really any better. And they said that they needed €150 deposit which would be refunded after 6 weeks. The room was too small for a queen and it was extremely hot. They couldn't do anything about it so we couldn't sleep well because it was one temperature the whole time, too hot. The only good reason to stay in this hotel is the location. It's about a 5 min walk from the central station and very close to the cathedral and city centre. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend staying here because the customer service does not exist.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my tenure in travel. If I'm going to be in the Cologne area or staying in any places within a 1 hour radius, this is going to be my only place to stay while I'm there. <3

A bit surprised at lack of amenities. The room was rather small and oddly shaped. There were no robes nor even a simple shower cap. Having stayed in some other five-star hotels for less money in both Berlin and Brussels, it was disappointing. The bar and common sitting areas were also very tight.

room was spotless it was very spacious very comfortable bed the hotel was very close to all tourist hot spots within a few mins walk great food options the staff were excellent polite precise and very helpful

The hotel is pure luxury. The location is excellent just across from the cathedral. It is a beautiful building. The lobby is quiet elegance. The staff are professional and friendly. The food at the breakfast buffet is very good. The bed is very comfortable. I had a junior suite with window/doors opening toward the Dom. No bathtub.
