I’m giving this hotel two stars. I paid for a “luxury” room, and honestly, there was nothing luxurious about it. The bedframe had rips all over it, and there were parts of the floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet was also unusually low and had a very small shower with a very low shower head, which made the bathroom feel even less comfortable. On top of that, the room was very small — not at all what I would expect when booking and paying for a luxury upgrade.
I would have given this stay one star based on the room quality alone. However, the service was really good. Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She even offered to move us to a different room, which I appreciated, but at that point I was already disappointed considering what was advertised as a luxury room.
If you’re expecting true luxury and a room that matches the price, I would not recommend staying here.
