They accommodated my need for thinner pillows and soaps that were hypoallergenic. Staff were really helpful and cheerful. Matthew helped us find everything we needed in the area. Wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arts. My only dislike was where our room was located on the 2nd floor. There is a set of steps off the elevator so thinking we could use the trolley for all our stuff, had to park it and take it all in a few trips. It was a long hallway lol. All in all a lovely time!

Hotel is classy and has nice art. Walls between rooms are thin. Check in terminals are problematic. Location was great within walking distance of everything I needed and felt very safe.

Room was covered in dust and the washroom towels had stains on them. Was my first time staying here might consider it my last as we had to dust off the tables and washroom counters.
Keelie at the front desk was amazing though. She had the best customer service I had experienced at a hotel. Very kind an accommodating!! Thanks again for a good stay.

A definite gem! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Close enough to the Saddledome to walk to. Would definitely stay again. Unfortunately the roof was being put over the pool for the winter season so we weren’t able to use it but it looked lovely. Definitely recommend!
