The covered pool with the heaters and seating was so romantic and a really nice place to hang out. I do wish the pool was a little bit warmer. It was quite cool.

Staff were amazing, hotel overall was great. The pool, the amenities, the room. It’s a nice hotel that has things to do in a hotel such as the golf simulators, spa, restaurant, etc. We truly appreciated the friendly staff. We will be staying again.

Room wasn't clean when we arrived. At least the sink in the washroom. Covered in beard trimmings. Guess that's a corner they cut when you pay for early check in.
Tried to order room service but the menu item we selected wasn't available.
Saturday the waitress was absolutely slammed at the pool. Didn't get a chance to order. Ended up using skip.

Fave hotel in downtown for value, amenities and location. Amazing location. So many great restaurants nearby.
Pool is beautiful and year round.
On site restaurants are great but the finer dining one (Yellow Door) is only open on weekends now.
My go to and look forward to staying again next time I am in town.
