Hotel itself was great but we booked a free breakfast option for $40 when we got to the hotel nobody communicated what this means. And when we were checking out they were adamant about charging our credit card extra money as we went over the limit. Poor communication, horrible manager . We won’t be coming back

I have never had such friendly, thoughtful and accommodating interactions with staff. My son was not well, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. Thank you!

This hotel refused to take my debit card as payment a security deposit for the room and then went on to refuse me my booking, because I was unable to provide either a cash or credit card for the security deposit. So credit card ok - Debit card - Not Acceptable Incredible.

Staff were very polite and helpful, from beginning of my stay til the end. 👍👍👍 Room was clean upon arriving at Hotel.

Exceptional guest services! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. The entire hotel has a lovely modern artsy vibe. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay with Hotels Arts. The name is very fitting as well. Well maintain premises with an amazing poolside. We will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel is amazing, always has been, Calgary is working hard to clean up the area but still have a long way to go. Was an ideal location for the parade.

Hotel is good, restaurants so so, area is easily walkable to better food choices.

The hotel is located in a great part of Calgary with tons of options for dining, drinking and shopping. Service staff was amazing especially poolside. We love to take a mini vacation and relax by the pool either in winter or summer! Highly recommended. The wing of the hotel we stayed in did feel a bit "tacked together" with lots of obvious rough finishing of paint and trim. The walk was a long way to the room with a set of small stairs that were unavoidable. The hallway had a distinct feeling of NOT being level. Yes I assessed this before drinks at the pool. All in all still one of our favorite places to stay in Calgary - but only at a nice discounted rate. I would feel a bit ripped off paying full high season rates here.

Was close to everything

Do not get fooled by the pictures on expedia. The hotel is very old and has the old property smell to it. Highly disappointed by expedia trying to lure clients by showing the property as a brand new
