The rooms were moderate but fine overall. The shower was dirty and not well cleaned. The staff was awful however. They treat guests like numbers and do not listen to the experience of guests. I’ve never had a worse experience with hotel staff before. The front desk staff and manager are both rude. The fire alarm also went off at 7 am and they did not care at all. Would recommend other hotels in Calgary at this price point.

Das Zimmer war gross und sauber, die Parkplätze in der Einstellhalle waren gratis und die Lage hat gepasst. Der Pool ist ok, aber wir hatten uns mehr davon erhofft. Im Durchgang vor unserem Zimmer wurde massiv gekühlt, was absolut keinen Sinn macht, draussen hatte es nicht einmal 20 Grad Celsius.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located Right in the heart of the city and exactly what you'd hope for — spotless rooms, a comfortable bed, and staff who actually make you feel welcome. Everything was well-maintained and the location made exploring so easy. Simple done really well. Highly recommend!

The pool was nice but the beds need a major upgrade. The leather was peeling and needs to be replaced.

Good location. Hotel had a nice pool, but it got really crowded and you had to book a spot. Service was slow. Cool entertainment for the kids (e.g. golf simulator) but we didn't get served in the bar at all. Room was nice and clean.

Very nice with great downtown location

The hotel is located in perfect location and I simply walked to almost everywhere I needed to go in Downtown Calgary. Very helpful and patient staff; the room was also clean and very spacious. I had a great stay and won’t hesitate to return there next time.

Great property! Great location! Great friendly staff! I would say the maybe the toilets and bathtub/showers could definitely use an upgrade. Look very outdated in room that are updated and renovated, kind of an eyesore for the rooms / space.

2 out of 3 lamps didn’t have working USB ports. Curtain rods were broken/separated from curtain. Water is $4 a bottle in the room. Wifi is only 5mbs. Shower takes 3-5 minutes to get warm. Staff are all excellent. Hotel has massive potential. A little attention to details, and less cost cutting would make this a stand out property.

The bed was super comfortable. The pool area looked really nice but the weather was terrible so I didn't get to use it. The parking is convenient. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Impressed with lobby and how trendy and aesthetic everything was - pool area seemed very cool with music and fire pits at night although we didn’t venture down there.
