Everything was awesome despite the renovations. Wished could have appreciated it when it was all complete

Absolutely stunning property. We stayed in the estate cabins and the view of the lake/mountains was beautiful. The cabin was spotless and we loved the pool/hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Jasper Park Lodge!

The grounds are unbelievable, and even under construction the staff tried their best to make everything as enjoyable as possible.

Lovely room with view of lake, that is when a vehicle wasn’t parked right in front of our window. Very rude of the ppl who would do this and not necessary as this wonderful Hotel includes free valet services which we loved. Other than inconsiderate parking this hotel was a great place to spend New Years. Beautiful room spacious and newly renovated. Staff are spectacular in all they do! And we were so lucky to have amazing weather just below zero and sunny. Room service is my fave. Hot tub great but try the pool first! Felt too cold after the heat of the hot tub. S’mores station at night. Lights on trees and buildings. Magical visit. See you next year!

Staff sucked at everything, from hosts to explaining anything, the lodge was run down and old, nothing worked properly. Over priced, horrible service, the lodge is soo run down and broken, never staying again, worst experience by far staying in jasper

The staff were so incredibly friendly for my partner and myself. The upgrade to the junior suite was excellent. Other than the few renovations that closed some shops it was overall one of the best resort experiences we have had

Did a great job making it still feel like christmas while away from home. always a great expereince!

Upgrade offered, and even though it was a bigger room, the room was not one of recently renovated rooms, freezing cold, heaters inadequate. windows partially open, door had large gaps. If this is Fairmont standard from recent years, I am sorry for anyone paying premium prices for such poor facility standard. Renovated rooms is not justification to double or triple the price either.

Suite was in good condition. Staff were friendly, food was good. But the resort room buildings are built so close together you feel crammed in. The main building is under construction, therefore became an eye sore. The building you check in was underwhelming, no grande entrance. Overall for the price you pay and for it being a Fairmont in Jasper the grounds are underwhelming. Would not pay this much to stay again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we drove up. The concierge agent was also very welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean with a terrific view of the lake in winter. As it was a special occasion, there was a delicious piece of birthday cake waiting for me in the room. Special touches like that make a guest feel special and it was much appreciated.

Room was recently renovated? Smelled badly of paint. I really wish Hotels.com would have listed on the Jasper Park Lodge hotel listing that it was undergoing renovations. I would not have booked had I known that. My bad for not researching further. Our stay was ok. However amenities were very limited and the paint smell in our room was quite bad.

Staff very good and professional especially restaurant. Room was excellent and grounds beautiful. Common areas and restaurant dated and a bit tired. Hotel made a bit of a fuss about parking even though hotel was not full. Position is beautiful.

First of all the grounds here are beautiful! The staff at check in were amazing and the room is absolutly gorgeous! Having a fireplace during the night going was perfect and at any time you can call and get more wood or get them to start the fire for you! This was the perfect quick girls get away!
