Our suite was spotless. The view was world class. The staff was very helpful, but early season training for some of the help was still in process. Everyone of the staff was engaging, polite and willing to accommodate us. I highly recommend the Orso Cafe.

Our cottage was nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and main building had wonderful restaurant with helpful servers. We were overall very impressed with the hotel and premises and would recommend it to friends.

The grounds are beautiful. We had a room with a lake view. One word of warning. The Jasper Fairmont is its own compound, about 7 miles from downtown Jasper. As such, it’s difficult to eat anywhere except for the restaurants on the grounds. The food is overpriced and very mediocre.

Awful place with Mice in our room. We had to wait past check in time for our room to be ready even though check in is very late at 4pm. Room seemed nice but woken during the night to the sound of tiny feet in the room. Found mice running around and in the fireplace. Appreciate these are cabins in a natural environment but mice in the room is not acceptable. Over priced and staff are pretty unhelpful. Will not be staying here again.

Room was comfortable, we were granted a lake view and enjoyed almost all the amenities: We started our trip with a morning at the spa, dined at the Orso and golf clubhouse, had a few practice swings at the golf sim, and canoed on Lake Beauvert.
The JPL was close enough to town, and near scenery such as Pyramid Lake and Maligne Lookout.
This was a perfect honeymoon and we would not hesitate to recommend the JPL to anyone looking for a weekend getaway/relaxing week.

The property is under construction. We arrived late at night and the property lighting is poor. I actually suffered a bad fall tripping over cables that were not properly identified. We finally made it to our cabin. The rooms have been renovated however they are quite basic. Very few amenities. There was no food available on site. The next morning a staff member did call me to express their concern regarding my fall. They did reimburse me for the stay.The property grounds are stunning. So I would have to revisit the property once all construction is completed in order to provide a proper assessment.

One of the most beautiful mountain settings in the world! The lodge is situated on a beautiful lake, nestled in a forest setting (that mostly survived the fire in 2024), with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and a ten minute drive to the Jasper townsite.
There is a world-class golf course on the property with an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. There are numerous walking trails on and near the property.
