Overall, we had a great stay at the Fairmont Royal York! The room was clean and the location was very convenient for Toronto sightseeing. That said, it would be helpful if coffee/tea were easier to access than having to call room service. The layout is a bit confusing, and I think basic morning amenities like coffee/tea/water should be clearly available given the price.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay in Signature room we had 2 bathrooms and an separate living area. Beautiful Stately hotel. I am not one to dress up and wore nicer jeans to dinner at Reign, no attitude given whatsoever. Great staff at Reign, front desk and Library bar. Try the Birdbath martini at the Library bar, delicious. Had lobster linguine and striploin steak at Reign, recommend. There are shops, restaurants, LCBO connected to connect called the PATH you dont even have to go outside.

Clean room friendly staff

Very frustrating getting seated into the Clockwork bar. Staying at the hotel did not give us an advantage to be seated. Turned away 3 times over our 3day stay. Patrons staying at the hotel should be allowed to book a reservation at that bar.

Amenities with Gold status

Great hotel

The pool and hot tub were closed and we were looking forward to using them. It should have been posted on expedia that the facilities were closed and we would have booked another hotel with a pool and hot tub. We were disappointed.
