Everything is good

The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the downtown area. It also had a convenient parking lot. We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.

Convenient place to stay at the heart of Banff.

For the amount you had to pay, the room and hotel was below average. The door into the room was pretty beat up, there wasn't a fitness room. We had a dog with us and anytime someone walked by the room the dog barked. Although it seemed we were placed far enough away from the rest of the people, the staff coming and going kept the dog up all night, thus kept us up all night. It's location I guess is what you are paying for

Hotel was lovely with great staff and a group restaurant. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating of an extra request with no fuss. The coffee and breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. The building and decorations are beautiful and in great condition.

Great room, and the views were amazing. Was nice to park car and get out and walk around.

Frontdesk staff are awesome. Very kind and accomodating.

The room shower had hair from a past guest. Thru charge a lot and the room was pretty old and disappointing.

2nd time staying here and it’s been perfect for us with our toddler. Convenient restaurant right below so it’s nice for a late takeout while he sleeps. Great location!

The hotel’s location is perfect, but the room on the top floor is very noisy — it seems there’s some kind of machinery running on the roof continuously.

Fabulous views, beautiful hotel, excellent food. however, no room service (you can order from the restaurant and pick it up)

We were very lucky that the front desk could check us in early. Great location.

The view was impressive; and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect - close to downtown shops and restaurants. I wish we stayed longer in this hotel.
