Staff are amazing. Kelly at the front desk went over and above. One of our travel group had some back issues and Jelly got us a loaner wheelchair. Just great staff! Very friendly and helpful

It also had a convenient parking lot.
We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.

Hotel is charming and super close to Banff Ave. The rooms could use with a little refreshing - a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling would be nice. The room and bathroom were clean and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Restaurant was excellent- best dining experience we’ve had in awhile. Great food, drinks, and staff.

Wouldn’t stay again. Nothing awful but nothing to write home about. Pretty loud partying that required calls to the front desk. Restaurant downstairs is amazing!!!

We were disappointed in the cleaning staff. Other than make the bed, they didn’t clean and didn’t even replenish our coffee or take away used coffee mugs. D
On the positive side, staff ( special mention to Melody) went out of her way to get us set up on the complimentary e-bikes. A+

Overall stay: good and will book again if needed
Price: expensive when compared to other places stayed for same price and service
Amenities: Room in fair condition, bathroom had broken items which caused major inconvenience at times
Service: Excellent specially Kyle with room maintenance staff went above and beyond, from reception girls pleasant and great to deal with

Hotel was good and rooms weee big but rooms were not maintained well. The carpets were as if you can not walk bare foot. Carpets were damaged, stained and dirty. Wash room needs a make over too.

Lovely hotel, can tell it’s older, but rooms have been updated are great! Spacious, clean, & comfortable! The front desk staff were fantastic! Special shout out to Mathieu (from France), he was so nice & funny too! Only stayed one night but would definitely return again when in Banff!
