1층 레스토랑 음식이 너무 맛있었고, 1층 꺼페 커피가 최고의 맛이었어요

직원이 친절하고 중심가에위치해서 식당이나 쇼핑 좋았고 호텔앞마트가있어 물이랑 간단한 음식물사기편해요 관광지가는 버스도 호텔건너편에서고 모든게 좋았는데 아쉬운거 하나. 화장실 물 먹는게 좋지는않았지만 그거외에는 다좋습니다

조금 비싼 가격에 머물렀습니다만, 중심가라 좋고 주차도 편리하고 나름 만족했습니다.

Lovely hotel, can tell it’s older, but rooms have been updated are great! Spacious, clean, & comfortable! The front desk staff were fantastic! Special shout out to Mathieu (from France), he was so nice & funny too! Only stayed one night but would definitely return again when in Banff!

Lovely hotel...staff were fabulous...our room didnt have a great view...beds were comfy, loved the local soaps & shampoo

The hotel is located in a great location, the room was large and very clean. The only thing is the parking has a fee.

Everything was great! Only thing is parking was a bit of a mission due to the parking they offer only has a 6-7ft clearance.

Parking was easy, check in was quick, bathroom could have used a touch more attention but otherwise it was good hotel Only downside was no gym or pool but everything else was awesome, would/will stay again

Great location on the main street in town

Location and parking very convenient to downtown Banff and ROAM bus stop. Breakfast at Farm + Fire beautiful and delicious. Good Culture coffee shop next door is perfect for a less expensive option and the staff are lovely. The check-in experience had a few hiccups, but they did correct and provide me with a new room right away. My loft room was clean, spacious, and modern. Would visit again.

Some lights weren’t working and the bathroom towel rack is located behind the bathroom door which is awkward to get to. Walls were thin so you can hear people next door.

My stay was pleasant except for the parking charge which I feel is unnecessary for guests. The staff declined my request for the parking fees to be waived.

The room was clean, good size bathroom with a modern glass door shower. However, the HVAC system in the room was making a noise on our first night. Since we have HVAC at home, my husband (who is very mechanical) checked the HVAC and the (washable) filters were completely blocked with black build-up dirt. He washed the two filters in the shower and we told the girl at check out, asking her to relay this to the Management. Secondly, their underground parking was unavailable for the two days we stayed there due to maintenance work. The front desk were only aware it would be unavailable on the second day, so we paid for underground parking and then found it was blocked off. They refunded the parking fee, but Expedia says their is 'limited self park' suggesting there is some at street level, but there is no parking. Street parking is about $7.50 per hour. Other than that, the on-site restaurant was fairly good, the hot tub area was clean and in good shape, the beds were comfortable.. The hallways look tired and could use updating and the carpet in the room should be changed to a non-carpet surface. Housekeeping did not make up our rooms because (strangely) they have a door tag that says "Out exploring" which is the indicator housekeeping uses to make up rooms. If you don't display the sign, they do not enter to make up the room. This is the only hotel that I know of that does not make up a room unless you hang a sign out to say you are out of the room.
