From the time we checked in until we checked out, front line people were not friendly. Our booked upgraded room is not available during check in. Lost money at room safety. Asked for CCTV but wasn't allowed. Turn down service only gave chocolate away but bed were not made up, curtain was not closed, which means no point of turn down service. After the money was lost, manager even say it's probably our own family who stole it. Not showing any concerns at all. If they really want to clean their name or if they live up to Marriott standard, they should show us the CCTV during that day but really strangely they don't allow us to see. And not only in my room, my sister room also lost money, even though our room not in the same level, my room at level 6, her room at level 2, so I really feel so strange.. my room and my sister lost the money.. I think its already plan out.. they stole half of our money...
