Food was horrible. Massage was not the greatest. Worse was the sanding they were doing above my room ALL NIGHT! Won’t be back.

Great hotel, the rooftop bar and restaurant were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Outside city center and near everywhere

Stayed one night as close to port to board our yacht charter. Was ok standard, rooms were small even the suites and the club lounge fairly basic but clean throughout and convenient if wanting to stay that part of city like we did.

Only reason I gave it a low score was because of the service. The doorman watching me struggle with 3 bags and saying do you want help with your bags. Normally you have to fight them off to leave your bags alone. Hotels.com said free parking in site and when I arrived they informed me in November there was no longer parking (which is why I booked this hotel) and you have to pay 20euro for the valet service. Which took 20 minutes if they don’t park your car out front. End of the day it is a 4 star at best property. Service is the minimum , rooms are small, bathroom shower floor was really grim. The view your promised is minimum at best. I would hate for you to book this hotel, thinking you’re getting a 5 star experience on your trip to Athens. It’s not that. It’s the hotel you stay at if you have to. For a conference, meeting in the area, maybe.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, the property was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Some details in the room show signs of age, staff was kind and helpful, for a non smoking facility there is smell of smoke in the common areas, You can tell toilets next to the gym to not get cleaned up after the day is over. Aggelos was super helpful and professional at check out. Overall the upkeep needs to be improved

Excellent stay!

The hotel is great in itself and the staff are very friendly and professional. The immediate area around the hotel has little to offer but the location is convenient for the centre of town and other areas of interest such as the seaside suburbs like Glyfada and Vouliagmeni

Hotel was clean

Among the regular amenities you can find in every hotel, the service of the staff made a huge impact on us. Yes, the room was great. The bed was comfortsble. The shower was great. The pool and roofntop bar was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was so bast that we didn't even have the chance to try everything. The Cheff cooking fresh omelets was amazing. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. But all the staff, and specially in the restaurant, was absolutely great adn exceeded our expectations. Thank you everyone.

The room was very nice!!!

The staff was friendly and the hotel is very nice. The one thing that bothered me was we paid nearly $400 for one night and had to pay for breakfast at the hotel the next morning which was grossly overpriced. The staff did not seem to care that I was upset by this and sent me on my way.

Very quiet and hotel in excellent condition

A luxury hotel with all the perks that comes from a 5 star hotel. I’m a Marriott fan and this one didn’t disappoint

Our concierge; Yannis was the best. Very helpful to us and very efficient
