Hotel correcto. Nos hicieron upgrade a una habitación más grande.

Ha superado mis expectativas, las habitaciones muy amplias, ideal para familias. Dos baños completos, cama extra grande y literas. Todo en perfecto estado, limpio y moderno. El personal de recepción y restaurante muy atento y amable. En nuestro caso fue media pensión. La cena fue a la carta y aunque la comida estaba muy buena,los platos no son muy adecuados a niños. El desayuno buffet,correcto y completo

Property was we situated in an area that was easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection. A/C was not working very well, reported situation twice but even with repair not very cool. Center of hotel is completely open so you can see from the lobby to the top floor, this also means the sound is free to travel....at times it felt like the people in the lobby were in our room. Parking garage is fine for small cars. We had to switch to an outdoor lot to better accommodate our rental vehicle size.

The hotels is updated, very clean and the family room was huge!

Fenomenal

Our room smelled like cigarettes. Very strong! Couldn’t sleep all night. Told the receptionist. She said that she will contact the other room where they were smoking. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer to give us a different room. Just a sorry for your convenience!

Great hotel and great staff attention

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel situé en plein cendre d'Andore la Vella. Accueil sympathique, personnel parlant français. Nous avions une très grande chambre et une belle salle de bain. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le parking en sous sol est un bon point.

Exe Prisma hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had also purchased a half board and the food was absolutely excellent! Would definitely recommend and if I return to Andorra de la Vella, I will for sure return here again.

Excellent rapport qualité prix... Un très bel établissement : chambre spacieux, excellent petit déjeuner... Personnel très serviable.

Chambre tres grande magnifique avec une partie lit double coin salon et salle d'eau et separation par une porte pour voir une autre petite chambre avec lit mezzanine et sa propre sale d'eau. Propre en général, chambre familiale 4 personnes. J'y retournerais surement. Dommage qu'il n'y avait plus de place de parking car parking public 24euro/jour. Accueil et cheking tres sympathique

Sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Tolle Lage von welchem das Zentrum sehr einfach zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Personal sehr freundlich. Parking extra.
