the sound insulation is pretty bad. Others are very nice!

Generally, the hotel is good and the room has a beautiful view of a park. It is close to the Metro.

Good hotel, suck service. My friend and I reserved the twin-bed room on hotel.com and paid the payment. However, the hotel service person arranged the single bed room for us. My friend noticed it and argued with him, but he said that we only have one person per room so he arranged the single bed room for us. This is ridiculous! They received the money of twin bed but offered the room of single bed. After wasting my time around one hour fighting with him, finally, he arranged the twin bed room for us. What a bad service. Also, the floor is not clean.

地理位置非常棒，對面就是捷運站、火車站與商場，相當方便。

位置離地鐵站很近，而且對面有個很大的商場，到午夜還是有速食店可以吃，不過不是太熱鬧的地方，去著名景點都需要搭一兩站的地鐵，另外是Wifi速度很慢。

如果訂到優惠價格，這間旅館絕對會讓你覺得物超所值！

Ótima localização, ao lado da estação de metrô, shopping e supermercado a dois minutos de caminhada, confortável, limpo. Não é luxuoso, mas atendeu exatamente às minhas expectativas. Excelente relação custo/benefício. Grandes possibilidades de escolher este hotel novamente quando voltar a esta cidade

Very clean and nice and spacious

La struttura si trova comodamente davanti ad un centro commerciale con all'interno anche Mercadona, oltre ad avere altri ristoranti ed un supermercato proprio sotto l'hotel. Inoltre è ben collegato con il trasporto pubblico (davanti c'è una stazione della metropolitana che collega con tutta Madrid e con l'aeroporto). La camera è ben spaziosa, luminosa e ben pulita con vista sulla piazza. Il personale sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Hotel consigliatissimo!

Great place

Hospedei-me com minha esposa e meu filho. O quarto tinha uma espaço interessante para abrir as malas, a localização, com restaurantes, café e amplo transporte público e um shopping é muito boa. Limpeza excelente também.

A great place to stay, just a few minutes walk to the metro and a shopping centre. Staff were friendly and helpful letting us check in early when we arrived.
