Generally, the hotel is good and the room has a beautiful view of a park. It is close to the Metro.

Good hotel, suck service. My friend and I reserved the twin-bed room on hotel.com and paid the payment. However, the hotel service person arranged the single bed room for us. My friend noticed it and argued with him, but he said that we only have one person per room so he arranged the single bed room for us. This is ridiculous! They received the money of twin bed but offered the room of single bed. After wasting my time around one hour fighting with him, finally, he arranged the twin bed room for us. What a bad service. Also, the floor is not clean.

El personal fue muy amable y atento, el hotel limpio y las camas muy cómodas! Todo estuvo perfecto.

The room was clean, the hotel is on a busy street which was filled with plenty of places to eat and have a drink. Easy to catch a taxi but also very walkable to iconic Madrid locations.

Quarto estrava cheirando a cigarro, o corredor cheirando a cigarro, não trocaram o quarto, passaram um produto para aliviar o cheiro, mas ainda ficou cheirando cortina, toalhas, etc... foram solícitos, mas disseram que não podiam fazer nada além disso. Localização excelente.

The area around is amazing but the property...

Boa localização, ótimo café da manhã e equipe de restaurante, porém ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava e a resposta da recepção foi um "não funciona e é assim". Deixamos a janela aberta por um tempo, para refrescar um pouco o quarto (pois seria impossível dormir assim, pelo barulho e claridade). Enfim, situação péssima e zero vontade em resolvê-la. Não voltaria.

It was great. Gentleman that registered us, and checked us out, was super nice and friendly. Place was clean , safe, and convenient because it was near a lot of places. Would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it. Thanks
