Good hotel, suck service.
My friend and I reserved the twin-bed room on hotel.com and paid the payment. However, the hotel service person arranged the single bed room for us. My friend noticed it and argued with him, but he said that we only have one person per room so he arranged the single bed room for us. This is ridiculous! They received the money of twin bed but offered the room of single bed. After wasting my time around one hour fighting with him, finally, he arranged the twin bed room for us. What a bad service.
Also, the floor is not clean.

Après une semaine passée à l’hôtel pour le travail, je ressors exténuée des nuits passées. Les murs étaient tellement fins que j’entendais même le vibreur du téléphone de mon voisin dans la chambre d’à côté. Sans parler du fait que j’étais dans une chambre juste à côté de l’ascenseur et de l’escalier et qu’on entendait absolument tout. J’ai essayé de changer de chambre mais l’hôtel était plein. J’ai payé 900 euros pour 4 nuits. C’est l’hôtel le plus cher que j’ai eu à payé pour si peu de repos.
En dehors de ça, l’hôtel est convenable. L’espace dans les chambres est ok. Le choix au Petit déjeuner mériterait d’être renouvelé, et la qualité des produits mériterait d’être améliorée.
En revanche, l’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé au pied du métro Principe Pio et entouré de plusieurs endroits pour manger.

The check in was available earlier than mentioned on the website which was fantastic from the start.
The room was very modern and clean and I had a great view from my balcony.
I was traveling on business and the location next to the tube station was perfect for me. The location itself is also great. Next to the mall and river.
If I was to come to Madrid again I would definitely be staying here again.

An excellent location, just opposite to the Metro, Mercadona and weather permitting good enough to walk to Central Madrid. Breakfast just OK. We asked to be moved to a bigger room as we wrongly chose a Mini double room which was really tight. They have huge steel bedside tables which are a bit of a hazard with sharp corners. These bedside tables have clear rubber corners to protect the woodwork at the back but not provision to protect knees. All in all, a good place to stay.
