clean and tidy, mattress a bit soft

Enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby and used the swimming pool a few times. The manager Dan was fantastic and would greet us with cold water when we got back on our motorcycles. Dan also knew we we leaving on Friday morning and happened to see our motorcycles at McDonalds on his way home and stopped to wish us a safe Ride back to Ohio. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Kudos to Dan

great hotel, easy check in, good amenities, good staff. easy parking. everything was made quite easy after a long day of travelling, everything was clean.

Hotel wss lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Staff on check in were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast let the hotel down - was not a cooked breakfast in any way shape or form but cereal, toast and make your own waffle or omelette. Fine for a one night pit stop

Location is good. Breakfast was okay...

parking is a bit challenging. complimentary 2 coffee condiments in the bag were open when we arrived maybe it was not taken out or reusable since some of the items in it still not used. Overall our stay is great.

Here's a warmer, more personal version: My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Calgary from Thursday through Sunday, and I felt compelled to share how much of a difference one person made to our stay. From the moment we arrived, Dan at the front desk welcomed us with a genuine smile and a level of kindness that immediately made us feel at home. Our check-in was effortless, but what really stood out was the sincere interest he took in making sure we had the best possible experience. He recommended restaurants, suggested places to visit around the city, and took the time to answer our questions with enthusiasm and care. It's easy to do the basics of a job, but it's much harder to make guests feel valued. Dan did exactly that. He got to know us all by name, and that's on top of a fully booked hotel. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail turned what would have been just another hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. People like Dan are the reason guests return. He is a tremendous asset to your team and a wonderful ambassador for your hotel. Please pass along our heartfelt thanks and recognize him for the outstanding service he provides. We left Calgary with great memories, and Dan played a significant part in that. Nice place always

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Coffee maker is just downsatirs whenever you need one anytime of the day.

I had one of the jetted tubs room. The room was overal clean, but the nossels of the tub was very dirty and gross. Breakfast was good. Parking was available.

Compared to the Best Western Plus Hotel in Leduc, the breakfast offerings and quality were poor, and especially the coffee was very unappetizing. The coffee from the espresso machine on the first floor was also very bad. The swimming pool didn't feel clean, whether the floor was dirty or the water was dirty. Additionally, a fire alarm went on at 1 AM, but the front desk didn't answer the phone at all, and none of the hotel staff provided instructions on how to respond. This part can be said to be a very disappointing point. It can be said that emergency response training for employees befitting the name value of Best Western Hotel is urgently needed.

We always saw staff cleaning, breakfast was good, though they could use a 3rd waffle maker. Reception was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable!
