该酒店是全盘接管了原华美达(RAMADA)，内部装修已经非常陈旧了，所以亟待装饰改造。 但是交通，停车都很方便，房间也很大。

原来的华美达旅行酒店接手的，未做装修改造，比较陈旧了，除了床铺还可以，其他都该翻新装修了。

The first room I was given had issues with the hvac unit. Only the AC and fan worked, no heat on a very cold night. A space heater was already in the room however only heated up a 4x4 sq ft area. I mentioned this to the front desk when I requested another space heater, they had none so issued me another room. The second room was much better for heat however it had issues with the toilet. I returned to the front desk ti report and requested a plunger

I can't check in

I didn't even end up staying at the motel. There was garbage and cigarette butts in the hallway and on the stairs and they made me pay $250 deposit plus a $21 room fee even though it was booked online with a credit card. I've never had to do this before. Everything smelled like smoke, there were what looked like scratch marks on the inside of the bathroom door. I only stayed in the room for 10 min and then left but I was only refunded the deposit. I paid them an extra $21 just to walk into a room.

There was no damage to my room at all, and I was the only one in the room, and my damage deposit wasn't returned because the motel claimed there is damage! If this has to go to court, that's what has to happen….

Amenties , toilet was not working properly and even the bedsheet were torn and its like very old stuff there and even lights were terrible , just 1 in room and not even working propertly

Rooms were older but clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff a was courteous and attentive.

Everything was terrible. Dirty, run down, noise all night.

The rooms were not clean, and the heater wasn't working. We had to change rooms, but it didn't solve the problem. The windows were not properly sealed and we froze. The guy who was on the night shift wasn't helpful either, rude and lazy. A nightmare

Hot tub was hot and clean. No one here so that’s nice. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. It’s an old hotel so don’t expect something it’s not. They opened the pool and hot tub for us this am early bc I had an apppointmnet. Overall good $60/night stay!
