So I booked a pet friendly room and made a special request notifying the hotel I had 3 dogs. So I travelled to the Metro Inn only to find out that in fact I didn’t book a pet friendly room and they never received the special request about the dogs. The front counter attendant said they have no more pet friendly rooms and they have a strict policy stating only 2 pets per room. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who manned the front counter, but he made a huge exception and gave me a room for me and my 3 pups. He also helped me find a parking spot for my truck and uhaul trailer. Yeah the hotel is nothing to right home about, but that’s what I wanted as I have the dogs with me. So this employee went up and above the call of duty. Thank you again!

They are in the processing of adjustmet from the old owner and renovation but customer service was excellent and they have everything I needed for a place to stay, very reasonable for the price 👍 safe environment too

This place is convenient for what I needed to do football game and the pubs in Brentwood, which is less than a seven dollar Uber ride to the Brentwood pups. Parking is great. The area has improved immensely as it is much safer vehicles are not being targeted with break-ins like they did it in the past the city of Calgary and hotel and Motel owners have done a great job improving this area and I will continue to stay there for the convenience, great staff and service

该酒店是全盘接管了原华美达(RAMADA)，内部装修已经非常陈旧了，所以亟待装饰改造。
但是交通，停车都很方便，房间也很大。

The phrase "this property has seen better days" is an understatement, the room was clean, but is absolutely laughable the fact that they asked for a 100 dollar "damage" deposit, damage? Everything is worn out and damaged already, the shower valve was falling apart, the carpet gosh I don't even want to imagine the creatures that live underneath that carpet. Considering the kind of conditions that property is in, they are overcharging. Do yourself a favor, spend 10 or 20 bucks more and run the other way.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was the only positive part of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself is very run down and poorly maintained.
The bathroom was so rusty and dirty that I didn’t even want to use it. The carpets were worn out and filthy, the room had a strong musty smell, and the air conditioner barely worked. With the overall condition of the room, I wasn’t even confident that the bedding was clean. To make matters worse, the pillows had no support and were very uncomfortable.
We paid around $300 for two rooms but ended up staying only about six hours before leaving. It was simply not worth the money. I hope the property invests in proper cleaning and maintenance because, despite the excellent staff, the condition of the inn made for a very disappointing experience.

You get what you pay for. Tub was full of water underneath and fell while getting in for a shower. They were able to come empty the water after I reported it but did nothing about the fall. Poorly maintained room for the most part.
