The walls and doors in our room were dirty from being touched and needed a good scrub especially in the bathroom and by the balcony. The staff was great and friendly though. There was also a water pipe jutting out from the wall right beside my bed that did not make for a great look and I could hear water running through the walls all night long. Also we could hear the train announcements loud and clear all night, which did not help us get a great sleep.

It was not well maintained. I would not recommend it to anyone. Property was not clean and wasn’t worth for the money. I was hoping to get something good for the money I spent. Door was broken and washroom had nothing to use.

This place is not suitable for stay. he voilet the safety rules. no clean room, when inside instinct. open wire is the room. wash basin is broken and dirty, bathtub dirty. hot tub only show up, all around dirt and instinky. so ask for refuned but they denied and told call expedia, they will return miney back. called expedia, they said call hotel.i did not stay in that hotel and lost money due to expedia and hotel.

Very clean. Staff were friendly but the lamp did not work, they did not have a replacement. They gave me another bulb but did not change it for me. I had to change it and still did not work. The fire detector needed new batteries as it chirped all night. They did fix the ice machine within 30 minutes.

Rundown best describes property, un maintained might be a better way. First room shown stank of cigarette smoke, next room had no hot water. Staff were friendly and tried to help but seemed unapologetic about either room. Will never stay there again, regardless of cost

The property was older and could use updating but clean. It did not seem that they clean the rooms daily but we did get new towels when we asked for them. Pool and hot tub were good. Hot water for the shower came and went as I was taking a shower.

First of all we had to walk through a water puddle to our room, then the two tvs in the room didn’t work. Called the front desk , no maintance on staff so manager came and couldn’t do anything so told us it would get fixed the next day. After much arguing we got our money back and went to a different hotel. After checking the room out the bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was mold all around the tub. Definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a rebranded Ramada. I think this motel rebranded because of bad reviews. When I checked in, they asked why I was paying so much! Complete catfish. It was awful, nothing like the pictures shown. It is literally falling apart. The 1st room they gave me was super hot, dirty, very old, smelly, no air conditioning, broken window so we couldn’t open and not even a phone to call front desk. I was told to call his cell. He kindly changed my room and said ‘no charge’ like I was getting a favor. DO NOT STAY HERE!
