Clean and quite place for resting and the staffs are nice there

位置方使，近鎮中心及火車站。四週圍都有不少餐廳及咖啡室可供選擇。比較倫敦，Woking的物價平大約百分之二十。當然，附近的河流景色優美。最後，房間寬敞舒適，員工態度專業，有溝通能力及友善。

The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Love the breakfast too

Building is too old. Customer service is bad. Not enough employees. Not a 4 star hotel.

Absolutely amazingly kind, helpful and friendly receptionist! She was able to save my day by enabling an early check-in after my long way over there.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was nice. There was unusually only one pillow per bed with no spares - as they were feather pillows they very quickly went flat ! We asked for extra pillows and we were brought 4. We arrived back at the hotel at about 10.45 desperate for a cup of tea but they had no oat milk as the bar had closed at 10.30pm - I really think that good customer service would have been to go to the bar or kitchen and get us a small amount of milk! We told them My daughter can’t have dairy products. We tried to buy some but the shops were also closed. There was no usb sockets in the room.The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good - despite a few negatives I would stay again

Smell of mildew and in general bad smell everywhere. This building should be demolished.

Bed comfort very good, except only one pillow per person! Two each is usually the norm , otherwise great. Food options acceptable for the facility .

Comfortable and very clean room.

Comfy clean rooms. Breakfast options were easy to navigate. Central location to Woking with shops nearby and easy parking. But please upgrade those pillows.

Had a nights stay while visiting family. We were surprised to be told we were getting an upgrade to a Deluxe King room while checking in! Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice welcome and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Would be better if parking was included for hotel guests.

Warm welcome from the check in desk and warm cookies always a treat. Rooms were well appointed not new but clean and tidy and comfortable. Parking onsite was also available.

Hotel was pleasant. Not a lot of parking. The fridge in the room wasn’t working. Bought milk and it had gone off by the morning!
