The hotel was easy to find and the room was nice. There was unusually only one pillow per bed with no spares - as they were feather pillows they very quickly went flat ! We asked for extra pillows and we were brought 4. We arrived back at the hotel at about 10.45 desperate for a cup of tea but they had no oat milk as the bar had closed at 10.30pm - I really think that good customer service would have been to go to the bar or kitchen and get us a small amount of milk! We told them
My daughter can’t have dairy products.
We tried to buy some but the shops were also closed. There was no usb sockets in the room.The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good - despite a few negatives I would stay again
