前台工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。虽然酒店比较老旧，但淋浴间的出水口很小，浴缸浴帘有异味，房间里的Wi-Fi无法使用，床和床垫看起来很廉价，很容易搬动。酒店位置极佳，位于市中心，附近有很多泰国餐厅。

一开始连不上Wi-Fi，现在Wi-Fi居然连不上了！太令人失望了！

显然，窗户朝向建筑内部，没有阳光直射，所以看不到城市景观。但建筑靠近火车站和市场。

地理位置优越，靠近各个地方，房间干净，工作人员也很友好

工作人员友好，入住手续快捷。早上到达即可办理入住。

Location: near from tram Chinatown, near from Market City (souvenirs and cheap things available), near from restaurants especially for Thai restos. Room was comfortable. Price was equal with its facilities, location, and stuff.

Saya traveler dr Indonesia. Letak hotel strategis ke mana2. Banyak tempat makan buat orang Asia walaupun tidak semua halal. Kamar hotel bersih walaupun uda cukup tua. Cukup rekommeded.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Dekat ke Paddy's Market, bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki (5 menit). Banyak supermarket Asia sekitar hotel. Kamarnya cukup luas, sangat bersih, tersedia bath tub. Staff hotel ramah dan sangat membantu. Amenities kamar lengkap. Value for money 👍.

Bad: 1. Wi-Fi only works on the doorstep, inside the room it doesn't connect at all. Even after complaining, they didn't make any difference. 2. The room always smells after the cleaning. 3. Only lift no. 3 has access to the swimming pool, which I had to press other 2 lifts to the G floor first to get the lift no. 3 and go to the swimming pool. Good: 1. They clean the room every day. 2. They change all towels and amenities every day. 3. They have ironing.

The best location, close to anywhere. Shout out to the staff member at receptionist, there are a keeper, two thumbs up for them. Thank you so so much for letting me check in early. Overall, wonderful experience and stay, and definitely will come back and recommend to others.

The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, food and entertainment. But the AC/ventilation system was so dusty that it made the AC hot. There was one time when we went out and came back to the room, it was clean but the trash wasn't taken out.

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, thuận lợi trong việc di chuyển bằng Light Train hoặc MRT cũng như Bus. Khách sạn nằm ngay kế bên khu China Town nên ăn uống cũng thuận tiện. Khuyết điểm: Khách sạn yêu cầu đặt cọc 1 trong 2 hình thức là thẻ tín dụng hoặc Tiền mặt. đối với thẻ tín dụng thì khách sạn sẽ charge 1 AUD. Còn tiền mặt thì 100 AUD. Nhưng tôi chọn deposit by card với 1 AUD thì đến lúc tôi check out, tôi có hỏi staff là khi nào nhận lại tiền deposit thì staff nói sẽ hoàn trả lại vào thẻ tín dụng đã dùng để deposit. Nhưng đến nay là 5 ngày kể từ ngày tôi check out thì số tiến deposit không thấy được hoàn lại vào tài khoản. tuy số tiền không lớn, nhưng qua đó thấy cách làm việc của khách sạn vẫn chưa chuyên nghiệp về phần tài chính đối với khách hàng.

The location near by chinatown and darling harbor, a lot of asia restaurant and easier to got public transport. But the toilet shower I am not comfort little bit difficult to used it because hot on cold used 2 faucets so we must manage carefully and when you open the hot water it would be hotter if you took a long. And towel sometimes they gave us new towel but sometimes we should asked to room service for the new towel.

Everything is good. So clean an friendly staff.
