虽然步行到市政厅需要12分钟，但酒店真的很漂亮也很干净，房间也很大！酒店设施都很新！我肯定会再次入住这家酒店！

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Dekat ke Paddy's Market, bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki (5 menit). Banyak supermarket Asia sekitar hotel. Kamarnya cukup luas, sangat bersih, tersedia bath tub. Staff hotel ramah dan sangat membantu. Amenities kamar lengkap. Value for money 👍.

洗臉盆很小又堵塞，洗臉時頭要很低，髒水噴回臉上。洗澡水突然變很燙，差點燙傷。沒有牙膏牙刷，很恐怖的住宿經驗。

離車站近，但是衛浴設備老舊，房間打掃不夠徹底。有一天我們的房間門是開的，只見打掃一半，垃圾沒倒，所幸貴重物品沒有遺失，顯見管理上的疏失。

清潔方面絕對有很大進步空間，例如：地上頭髮/地上垃圾可否清理呢？以我們親身體驗，清潔人員沒有處理地上頭髮或從垃圾桶內跌出之垃圾！
另外，感覺他們很喜歡回公司工作，早上八時多已在走廊大聲問好及交談…我在睡夢中都被驚醒
酒店好的地方是位置，附近已有很多食肆，購物商場等，就算去opera house, darling harbour等地，交通亦十分方便快捷

熨斗沒溫度。反應有改善。衣櫥鏡框壞了也不換新，時時掉下，反應後仍沒改善。掛衣服都提心吊膽。
整體說澳洲政策對中國人很不友善，我們來消費讓你們賺錢。連安排個會講中文的服務人員都沒有。很不建議中個人入住。

The hotel itself was ok for the price, maybe it’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel
In Sydney but I thought you still got a tooth brush and tooth paste free in the room, the one thing that annoyed me was due to no parking at the hotel you have find own parking which is fine but when I asked about parking they offered me a “deal” for $50 24hr parking around the corner but I went and checked it out myself and only cost me $48 for 2 days so their deal was them making money off the customer

We have stayed here before and recommend this hotel in fact we have just booked a room again for next month the rooms are clean and comfy staff very helpful the breakfast is well worth the money the hotel is convenient for light rail china town and restaurants and across the road from the capital theatre
