다른 숙소를 묵고 와서 더 별로였어요.. 3성급 느낌 연말이라 숙박 비용이 더 비쌌지만 여러모로 아쉬운 부분이 많았습니다. 화장실이 특히 제일 별로

와이파이가 다소 느렸지만, 주변에 차이나타운도 있고 다양한 맛있는 음식점이 있어서 좋았어요.

The property was very convenient for the theatre across the road but parking was a bit of an issue, it's the next block up from the hotel, there's a car park down around the corner which would be more convenient.

Terrible Wifi - they have a public hotel network called Metro but it's not accessible on the 11th floor room where we stayed with no signal They then gave us a hotel 4G Dongle to connect to mobile internet. Unfortunately the internet speed was max around 2Mb/second which is really slow. Staff didn't seem to care - said that the room doesn't come with Wifi which is not true. Room was small - the chair was too low for the desk , bed a bit soft. Shower unit power weak and water temperature temperamental going hot and cold. Rooms look dated. The great thing is the location next to Lion King and Chinatown. Easy walk to shopping areas.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location - so close to Capitol theatre, restaurants, around corner to trams. Only issue was WIFI was really patchy.

Inconveniences: - No microwave in junior suite $700, 2 nights. I asked at the front desk about a communal one or one I could rent to warm my toddlers milk and was told I had to come down to reception to have anything warmed... - Bathtub had a lot of wear and tear - I took a trolley up filled with our bags, navigating it and a toddler and when we reached our floor, a bit leather sofa was positioned directly outside 2 of the 3 lifts making it impossible to get out of the lift with the trolley. I climbed around the trolley, moved the sofa (heave ho! Ha!) to my toddlers entertainment, pulled the trolley out and then moved the sofa back. I saw sofas on most floors. I like the look and they were handy while waiting for the lift...but the positioning was difficult... - We couldn't get any apps on the TV to work, just the normal TV, we asked someone who wasn't sure and then didn't bother asking again. - Parking is $50 a day through World Square. We parked elsewhere, 5min walk, $49 Fri to Sunday. Positives: - Theres a loading dock a couple feet from the front door where you can unload bags, super helpful! - The big king bed and pillows were very clean & comfy - Bathroom not in the bedroom, so we could access it, disruption free, when little was asleep. - Physical door between bedroom and lounge - major plus - Staff demeanour, cleaners to reception to restaurant: Very positive and kind. - Restaurant buffet had an instant pancake maker! Charged us for 2 adults, my 3yr old free :-)

Hotel was perfect locstion, quick and easy check-in/out. Staff were lovely. Bathroom needs refreshing as abit dated/wear and tear. Wardrobe door broken

Best hotel ever..

Great location! Close to central and both light rail stops. Good restaurants around. Supermarket in world square. Wifi in our room was non existent unless you stood outside the room door. We have stayed here a few times and the bed has always been comfortable but this time it wasn’t. Lovely helpful staff! It was also great to be able to leave our bag after checkout for storage until later in the day.

Metro hotel was very central to Chinatown, Sydney and was about 30min walk to the Opera House. There is a tram station very nearby which was very handy. The hotel itself looked clean and pleasant. Reception area was tidy, spacious and modern but room needs urgent refurb. We booked a double room but got a family room with a double and a single bed which was nice. There was plenty of room with a desk, kettle, fridge, safe and TV. The bathroom was very old fashioned with a bath and shower curtain which needed throwing away. The beds were on the soft side and old. They were the old type of beds with legs on castor wheels. My main annoyance was that the wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom but had full signal if you were stood in the corridor, clearly no WiFi routers are fitted in rooms. Couldn’t comment on food/breakfast as it was $25 p/p but I’m guessing it wasn’t popular because each day I went for ice, the dining room was empty.

I usually stay here, the staff are always friendly & accommodating, it’s a great place walking distance to the train & light rail, as well as walkable to Syd CBD if you like to walk.

Excellent location. Staff all very friendly. Buffet ok close to Hay Street market and Central station. Across from Capitol theatre

We have stayed at this motel a number of times due to the close locato the capital theatre. The motel is brilliant and we will definitely be back

Awesome location, so close to entertainment and all the restaurants. Great easy check in and check out. Rooms, especially the bathroom could do with an upgrade but otherwise would stay here again.
