Even though it's a 12-minute walk to the city hall, the hotel is really nice and clean, and the room is big! The hotel facilities are new! 100% I'll be back to this hotel again!

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Dekat ke Paddy's Market, bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki (5 menit). Banyak supermarket Asia sekitar hotel. Kamarnya cukup luas, sangat bersih, tersedia bath tub. Staff hotel ramah dan sangat membantu. Amenities kamar lengkap. Value for money 👍.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Right in the center, about 1.4km walk to the sea life aquarium, Maritime museum, opera house, zoo, ancient swing bridge, church... in general, all famous places are within walking distance. The important thing is to be able to walk ;p

Good location and easy walk from central station, room mostly quiet and easy check in. BUT Room was very dirty including very old carpet, thick dust along skirting boards and curtains falling off runners, beds rolled away when sat on, very small room and internet connection wasn’t great. The staff are no longer helpful with airport shuttles holding deposit was actually charged, to hopefully be returned.

Staff is really rude. My experience was not good. On the first day when I found my room was not cleaned, they told me that I have to mention every day if the room needs to be cleaned or not. I wasn't briefed about that during check in. Amenities are not well maintained. Would highly not recommend it.

The room had some cooking smells coming in with no ventilation. The aircon was very loud and the rooms are not soundproofed at all other guests keep you awake. Saggy bed and cheap pillows Great location but would not want to stay there again. Very poor value for money

Location 10/10 however you will have one of the most uncomfortable sleeps. Mattresses on both the king bed and the pull out couch were worn out, thin, could feel every spring and had to use clothes + blanket as a type of topper to get a good sleep. It is very dated clean but dated. Shower is abit dangerous with no floor mats given and shower curtain quite worn out. Staff were friendly but didn’t feel comfortable to mention all the issues.

The hotel itself was ok for the price, maybe it’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel In Sydney but I thought you still got a tooth brush and tooth paste free in the room, the one thing that annoyed me was due to no parking at the hotel you have find own parking which is fine but when I asked about parking they offered me a “deal” for $50 24hr parking around the corner but I went and checked it out myself and only cost me $48 for 2 days so their deal was them making money off the customer

We have stayed here before and recommend this hotel in fact we have just booked a room again for next month the rooms are clean and comfy staff very helpful the breakfast is well worth the money the hotel is convenient for light rail china town and restaurants and across the road from the capital theatre
