Dear Hotel Management, I wish to bring an incident of unacceptable staff behavior to your attention. On a recent evening, (22/May/2026) between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, I was using the outdoor lounge seating located on the far left side of the hotel premises. I was simply having a Pepsi and a smoke, completely separate from the active restaurant dining area. Despite not blocking any restaurant tables, your staff approached me in a very confrontational and rude manner, stating I had to order from the restaurant or leave the premises immediately. To make matters worse, the restaurant manager continuously monitored us, repeatedly checking on our table in an aggressive effort to ensure we were not consuming any outside soft drinks or alcohol. As a paying guest of your hotel, I found this constant surveillance and hostile treatment completely uncalled for, intimidating, and highly unprofessional. This experience utterly ruined the hospitality I expected from your establishment.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Location is very convenient due to traffic restrictions in the city. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had the best coffee experience in the hotel during the entire trip in Italy. Rooms are fine including clean bathrooms. Don’t search any further if you have rooms available now!

After booked, received checkin info you have to have Covid 19 positive result??? Have to re login frequently for the WiFi. Foot pedal for trash bin broken we have to lift the lid by hand. Shower drain cover rusty and does not pop up, we have to take it out so water can drain slowly. Room is not sound proof, I can hear everything from next room.

Hotel pulito e con letti comodissimi situato in una zona ottima di Firenze dal quale si può raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti grazie a un tram che passa vicino all'albergo. Unica pecca la colazione che secondo me non è all' altezza do in albergo del genere

The room was very basic. There was no coffee maker or cups or ice bucket or other amnesties except minibar. On the website it says “sound proof room” but you can hear train and traffic noise. The breakfast was good though. The hotel is listed as 4 star on hotels.com but it is literally a 2 star hotel.
