Colazione migliorabile nell’offerta di cibo ma personale molto gentile

Hotel pulito e con letti comodissimi situato in una zona ottima di Firenze dal quale si può raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti grazie a un tram che passa vicino all'albergo. Unica pecca la colazione che secondo me non è all' altezza do in albergo del genere

The room was very basic. There was no coffee maker or cups or ice bucket or other amnesties except minibar. On the website it says “sound proof room” but you can hear train and traffic noise. The breakfast was good though. The hotel is listed as 4 star on hotels.com but it is literally a 2 star hotel.

Excelente ubicacion,ya que los 4 minutos de distancia de la estacion del tranvia hace facilisimo moverse en la ciudad, y en cuanto a la atencion en recepcion es excelente y siempre tienen alguien que hable español y siempre con una sonrisa

La moquette in camera non era pulita. Dal bagno proveniva un forte odore di scarico, sicuramente dovuto anche al fatto che non avesse una finestra. Asciugamano da doccia non pulito.

Es un buen hotel para pasar la noche, con buen descanso, comodidad, limpieza y buen precio. Está a unos 25 min en transporte público del centro.

Este un un muy buen hotel lo recomiendo mucho, queda un poco alejado del centro pero manejable, la calidad atención perfecta. Cuartos y limpieza muy bien.

Hotel Raffaello, Florence – Extremely Disappointing Experience! I had a very poor experience at Hotel Raffaello in Florence and would strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for international tourists. Despite claiming to be a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a 1-2 star property at best. One of the biggest issues was their parking scam. They advertise that parking is included, but in reality, there is no guaranteed parking available or may be not there at all. I tried asking them a few times and hotel staff suggested it’s full all the time. I wasted over an hour trying to find paid parking nearby, which I had to pay for out of pocket, completely misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, there is no kettle or way to make hot water or coffee in the room. When I asked for hot water, I was told to go to the bar area, where they charged 1–2 euros for a single cup of hot water. No iron and no cabinets in the rooms. This is not the kind of service you'd expect from any decent hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Overall, this hotel felt like a complete scam , poor service, false advertising, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially foreign travelers looking for comfort and honesty.
