在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。 可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！

Staff needs more experience

We really liked the location in Old Montreal. Historic exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Rooms have character but are worn in areas. Our bed frame squeaked pretty loudly. We did like the on premise restaurants and the food was good, although the service was very slow most days. The Spa was nice and provided the services we were looking for. The room was noisy, with street noise, hallway noise and A/C rattles and hums. The blinds were not fully functional and lots of light comes in even when the blinds are closed. Our room was only serviced once in four days with no explanation, only an "I'm sorry about that" from the front desk at checkout. Hotel is not overly secure with multiple entrances with elevator access unattended and no card key elevator access system. Overall it was a just OK experience, nothing egregious but not close to 5 star.

Beautiful location, exquisite architecture and impeccable service.

They parked us on the 5th floor, located 2 rooms from the gym. When people are using the gym, you can feel the vibrations of the equipment(treadmill, cross trainer, etc.) We were woken up every day as early as 5:30 hearing weights drop, loud noises, etc. from the gym. I cant image the rooms below. I was not the only guest to mention the gym during our stay. Quite a bit of street noise, more than i expected. I had booked this hotel as the reviews mentioned quiet, i would have to disagree. We attempted to use the roof bar one night, we could not receive any service. Stayed 10 minutes and left. TV in the.... time for an upgrade based on the room cost. Positive - King Bed & pillows were comfortable Great Location - We walked everywhere from our location, most places were within a 15-20 minute walk

Quaint and very clean

Great hotel in a nice location. Perfect for walkability around Old Montreal and 20 min walk to Bell Centre. Super high ceilings in rooms, spacious and very clean. Excellent amenities and lobby bar / restaurant and lounge too.

The location is excellent to be able to walk everywhere. The Terrace restaurant is fantastic on the top of the hotel. The steam room at the Rainspa is great to experience!

Perfect stay that was close to Old Montreal! Our room was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. Valet attendants gave us suggestions on where to visit and what to do. Will absolutely come back!

A little outdated

The hotel has a wonderful location and very helpful staff. They have thoughtful amenities like lounge with fireplace, hot drinks and a pool table. This hotel is a series of 4 connected buildings with some stairs but no one explained this ( we are an older couple). Avoid lower floor, front rooms due to street noise ( daytime construction, noisy groups exiting a bar nearby)

We absolutely loved the classic rooms in the old style, very high cielings. Just beautiful. Every and I mean every staff member was truly helpful and lovely. We can't wait to go back!

Great location near Basilica, walkable to everything, excellent customer service, nice restaurants and rooftop lounge, best nights of sleep I’ve had in quite a while. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. When I mentioned this to the concierge, she went above and beyond. The attached restaurant looked amazing. The location is perfect, close to all the bars and restaurants. They even have a rooftop terrace that is available during the summer. This will be our goto hotel from now on. No brainer.
