Although there is a new renovation, some electricity applicances still need to improve in maintainance. In the hotel restaurant, it seems there is lack of human resource in servicing of breakfast in the morning. BTW, I'm quite appreciate with the service of all the staff in this hotel. They are kind and helpful.

I took my dad to Lisbon for my 30th birthday and Hotel Do Chiado was the perfect base for us! We were able to book a room with separate beds and a balcony. The pictures do not do this hotel justice! The balcony was large and accommodating, the room and hotel over all was clean and organized. The staff was exceptional- from dinner recommendations, to storing our luggage before check in, to the staff at breakfast and the rooftop bar, Hotel Do Chiado delivered! The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from a large train station making for easy access to a lot of sights and day trips. Thanks so much to the staff for making our stay wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was 100% one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! They constantly took care of us, went above and beyond, even, walked me around the block to make sure I knew where the parking area was. Outstanding service.

Great stay at Hotel do Chiado. Everything was spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view over Lisbon from the rooftop was unbeatable. We would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great position - the Metro is nearby and there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a Premium Room on the 7th floor with a private terrace with beautiful views over Lisbon. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - and very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and served by very helpful staff, particularly Miguel. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and polite.

All the staff members are courteous and friendly. Always a smile on their faces. Our room and hotel itself was very nice. Well kept. Breakfast was included and was delicious. My only complaint is the pillows. They could be nicer, more supportive. Overall, it was a great stay.

Staff was all great. A special thanks to Alberto and Levi, another fellow gave me a great Fado recommendation. Rooms electrical needs to upgrade to facilitate not having to use adapters in order to power your usb devices. Location was excellent, busy but quiet in rooms. Alberto mad me feel like family.
