很舒服的hotel

Convienant location with easy access to major attraction points

離魁北克舊城區很近，又沒有舊城區的人潮喧鬧，附近有許多餐館，很便利的位置。飯店新穎舒適、設施也不錯，本身有地下停車場，每日需收費25元+稅，可以自由進出，或是交由飯店代客泊車，每日30元。雖然不算便宜，但是對開車來的旅客來說既方便又安心。

Spacious, clean room, friendly staff

Room is clean. The staff was very nice. Also enjoyed the flavored sparkling water from the vending machine.

I requested for my room to be serviced in the morning from the front desk. Went roaming in the city for hours. After walking miles and miles, I just wanted to relax. Got back to hotel keys didn't work. After sorting that out no cleaning had been done. Back down to wait in lobby while cleaning was done. No apology. A simple hey we are sorry here is a coupon for (xyz)..would of gone a long way.

Great spot to stay when enjoying Carnaval with little ones!

Great location!

La chambre était trop petite. On entre avec nos bottes et on salit le plancher. Pas de table de chevet d’un côté du lit pas de lumière pour lire dans notre lit. La salle de bain est belle aussi le coin frigo et café.

Rooms were very clean. Wish they had a regular coffee pot. Close to everything. Walking plains of Abraham was beautiful. Coffee quite expensive in hotel.

The heater made noise when going on and off all night

Yes to clean room but short of towels and bath carpet. And the phone to reach reception is not working

Ventilation très bruyante. Insonorisation insuffisante. Stationnement intérieur chauffé utile. Personnel courtois. Bon emplacement.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. Very good for quick access to Old Quebec. Would stay here again.

Chambre assez grande propre et bien entretenue sauf un bris pour le porte-papier de toilette. Sinon tout ok. Les portes pourraient être davantage insonorisées car on entend bcp du corridor, merci
