The overall status of the hotel is nice, we arrived quite later at 1:00am, but the housekeeping starts knocking doors from 9:30 all the way to 10:40 (about 4 times) to ask people to check out... they really did what their boss told...

Shower was odd to turn on. Water pressure was very low so shower was very weak.

This hotel does everything it should …but it does need a big investment at least in my room to bring it up to a more modern standard of room

Great location, not too close to the centre of Carlisle, but within walking distance. Really good, reasonably priced food and drink. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Room clean, staff friendly and helpful and food was great!

The Cumbrian park hotel was friendly. clean and had very helpful staff. The room was clean and warm. And they gave you a nice big mug to have your tea or coffee in (great) I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really helpful. I had issues to program my keycard. So the staff had to do it for me. The room was clean and cosy, some coffee, a water, a Hair dryer and an iron were provided. The breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled.

Cumbria exceeded my expectations staff friendly welcoming helpful breakfast was excellent well supervised buffet style My Room was spacious bed comfortable well stocked tea coffee making facilities plenty of storage decor was well kept Bar and lounge relaxing Staff all round were lovely people Made my every happy one Thank you Hooe to return of and when up this way again 😃👍

We srayed in Rm55, a suite that was freshly decorated and really lovely. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the breakfast choice was great. We thought the room may be noisy being at the front of the hotel but we had a surprisingly good nights sleep.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Super clean rooms, lovely white sheets and towels. Fab bar menu. Would definitely stay again.

Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would thoroughly recommend. The welcome and facilities were first class and the service from Kyle was faultless.

Cumbria park hotel is a staple place to stay in Carlisle. Rarely have inever stayed here i have been in a couple of times to venues many years ago but the interior has massively improved. The single room was value for money including breakfast at just under £60! i was allowed to check in early into my room which was great as i had not slept for 5 days straight. breakfast was outstanding and my overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone staying here compared to other hotels in Carlisle.

We just had an overnight stay at The Cumbria Park Hotel, it was very pleasant. Very welcoming reception area. Booked in straight away, we were a little early but the room was ready. The room was well presented, which looked as though it had been recently redecorated. We had our evening meal in the restaurant, which had a nice atmosphere, the staff were very attentive and the food was very good. Spoilt for choice at breakfast from fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese, pastries or a full Cumbrian breakfast. Again beautifully presented, clean and fresh. A lot of time and money has been spent, an excellent hotel, all the staff were helpful, plenty of parking. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything in the hotel was good ,refreshing to find free hotel car parking ! The only 'moan' was the lack of electric power sockets ,my room had just 2 spare ones .......and these you need more !
