We've stayed here many times and it's been our go-to hotel while we're in town however it seems to be going downhill. The room felt neglected, and while the bedding was clean the room overall didn't feel very clean. We typically love the breakfast here and this time it was absolutely horrible, we couldn't eat it. There also used to be a hot tub, sauna and pool but now there is just the pool left and it also feels quite run down. I wouldn't expect it to be open much longer either. This place needs some TLC. Great location though right across the water.

This place keeps getting worse year after year. Doesn’t seem to be any updating or maintenance. It’s cheap but it one of the worst hotels in Campbell River.

Housekeeping service was not acceptable after a week long stay! One request and it was a terrible effort on the housekeeper part which was not appreciated as I left the room for 2 hours to allow her the space and time and she was probably only in there for 5 mins. Left bathroom uncleaned with dirty garbage. No wipe down of desk at all and had to call back to get it done. When she came second time no vacuum done even though it obviously needed it.

Showing its age, carpet needs a good clean and/or replacing. But breakfast was very good, amenities nice touch, staff helpful and friendly. Good deal for the money.

Breakfast staff and front desk staff were very nice. Beds were comfortable. There are things broken in the room that could be dangerous for children. Hotel needs some upkeep.

Not a bad little spot, it was nice to be able to see the water from our room. The breakfast was nice, simple but tasty, maybe some different cereal options would have been good as they were all mostly the same except for Froot Loops, haha. The hotel was quiet though walls were thin as it's an older building, but we didn't find it too disturbing. Good for an affordable overnight and the staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Breakfast menu fresh, and good, but we are fussy abt. bread. View from balcony was heavenly and hotel across the street from the ocean front - Quadra island x the strait, and cruiseships coming thru. not our first or last trip to this hotel - location covers lots of problems for the upkeep.

It was a very pleasant surprise staying at thr RAmada in CAmpbell River. Friendly goos location andspacious rooms.

Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Upgrades are needed on the water regulation system - shower temperatures fluctuated from lukewarm to “shock hot” too often (probably a safety issue) & the beds were uncomfortable (one side was concave with little support & on the other side of the central bump, the mattress was level). More attention was needed to making sure the room was clean before we arrived - there was debris on the bathroom floor & a used towel left on the bathroom hook. And the media system was initially nonfunctioning - the front desk guy had to install a missing cable. We also had issues with our key cards not working - 2-3 trips to the front desk to get that fixed c

Excellent breakfast, close to downtown and the ocean walking path. The hotel building itself is dated but the room was comfortable. We loved the king room with a loft.

We were in a loft with the bathroom on the lower level - not good for night time toilet use. Breakfast was in a run down "garage" with a limited selection (eggs with cheese - no choice, bad for lactose intolerant guests). Expensive!!
