Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.

地理位置很好，坐公車至市區或往hotel zone都很方便。飯店一出來離海灘很近，也有室內泳池，非常適合玩水。 希望能加派櫃台服務人員，因電話連絡不上，以及打掃清潔人員有時會忘記提供毛巾或水。

房間多，但編排一間有臭味的，不便的，細間的房間給我們，住左二晚，忍受不了，要求調配另 一間房間。早餐可以，服務員不錯，海灘沙幼小，風景優美，出入方便，大致都不俗。

Perfect Location Excellent Service!

The added breakfast buffet was a good idea to add for my stay, didn’t have to leave the property much other than dinner and snacks. Clean room, very nice staff, and clean property. Right on the beach you can walk to and from. Not the hotels fault but seaweed season happened to start when I went, I still managed to go to Isla mujeres to escape it. I would definitely stay again!

Clean and very large bright rooms. Large patios. Beautiful pool and groundskeeping. Palapa ocean side were wonderful and restaurant and drinks were top notch.

Since the beginning I had problem to get my invoice, they said that you must give it to me. Finally they accepted to invoice me

Es nuestro hotel favorito en Cancún . Lamentablemente la playa no era del color que conocemos. Esperemos que la proxima vez regrese el tono turquesa a la playa.

La ubicación súper conveniente en la zona hotelera, con transporte público casi en la puerta . Además se llega caminando a la zona comercial y de vida nocturna . Todo muy limpio . Peeeero el tema es el sargazo en el mar . No pudimos meternos al mar por lo mismo. Una pena .
