Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.

地理位置很好，坐公車至市區或往hotel zone都很方便。飯店一出來離海灘很近，也有室內泳池，非常適合玩水。 希望能加派櫃台服務人員，因電話連絡不上，以及打掃清潔人員有時會忘記提供毛巾或水。

房間多，但編排一間有臭味的，不便的，細間的房間給我們，住左二晚，忍受不了，要求調配另 一間房間。早餐可以，服務員不錯，海灘沙幼小，風景優美，出入方便，大致都不俗。

When we checked in they forgot to offer me the free perk (bottle of wine) and told me that everything was paid. Later I got a call around 6pm saying that payment was not made, so I had to go back to the reception and make the payment. At that time they offered me the bottle of wine. We had lunch at the restaurant and they said we could charge it to the room. Later at 10pm when we were in bed they called us and said we had to pay now. The guy from the restaurant showed up at our room at 10pm. He said they didn’t have a system to charge the room. We were so pissed.. we were already in our night clothes ready for bed.

My only suggestion is to keep the hall clean. Guest order food and leave the plates in the hallways. This doesn't make look clean the place and also bring cockroaches.

Hôtel très bien situé, Plage magnifique,hôtel bien entretenu,mais les femmes de ménage ne font pas le ménage à fond. Sinon rien à dire tous le personnel est gentil,poli et essaie de faire au mieux pour vous aider. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas ce que j’ai connu comparé à d’autres hôtels que j’ai fait,par contre le restaurant de la plage est excellent. Bon hôtel.

I love being able to be able to walk out to the ocean and then also be able to walk down to the area where Coco Bongo is! The breakfast is also 11/10 highly recommend!!

This property is nothing like the pictures. I asked for double beds and I received one. The patio is connected with other guests. It’s absolutely very noisy. The guest services were rude. I asked to be put on the first floor because it was available, he asked her in Spanish can he move me (she responded no put her on 4 tell her it’s booked, not knowing I can speak Spanish also smh. The elevator is very tiny. If you’re claustrophobic please do not consider. I had to step over cement where they were repairing the floor with my luggage. I looked in the room and said “NO”. The door is made of cheap wood and there’s about a 1/2 inch gap between the door and the floor. You can hear a lot of noise. If you love your safety for you and your family, do not book this place! I instantly checked out and checked into the Riu Palace Las Americas and was safe!

Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet

Second time staying here as a solo traveler! Rooms could be updated specifically with a full length mirror but other than that! This is a great place to stay! Close to everything, clean, accommodating, safe etc!

Very run down property. It has gone downhill the last few years

I love everything about this property. Clean, nice, quiet. All employees are so nice , Vega was my favorite and lady in the store. I spent 7 wonderful days and I can wait to come back !!! 10/10 - WONDERFUL PLACE

Bonito hotel, excelente ubicación. La playa es hermosa, personal amable. Lo que no me gustó es que para el servicio de alimentos en la playa te dan utensilios desechables de plástico y sobres de catsup y sal. Y tristemente encuentras los cuchillos y tenedores en la playa, los ves entre la arena porque la gente no tiene el cuidado de depositarlos en la basura o dejarlos en sus platos para que los recojan los meseros, incluso vi aves sacando los sobres de catsup con su poquito para comerlos, Es realmente una pena que el hotel no tome cartas en el asunto en esto. Creo que por lo menos deberían dar cubiertos de madera u otro material ecológico o algo así. Y usar envases para los condimentos en vez de sobres.

Beautiful stay! Close to local entertainment center. Quiet beach. Great food!

The location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were attentive. We were there during peak sargasso, but the staff did a great job of keeping the beach clean.

Brakefast was really good!! Every day something different, pool was amazing and safe, they always have a lifeguard on site and that's gave us a very good sense of safety. Convenient store just across the street, restaurants very close and walkable distance.
