Love it! Quiet. Nice beach. Beach hut is handy for food n drinks.

Staff was very friendly. Property is well kept. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. Area is safe and quiet and the beach is beautiful.

Clean nice staff

I don’t understand why this hotel has such high reviews. The beach behind it is beautiful, calm and had fantastic white fine sand, but the hotel itself feels more like a motel than a vacation resort. The front of the property faces a busy street, and traffic noise was constant throughout the night to rooms near the street. The standard room we were given was far from what was pictured, outdated and with a strong odor of paint or old furniture. We asked to change rooms becuase of the odor and were told none were available. Around 1:30 a.m., when the smell became so strong it made breathing uncomfortable and brought tears to my eyes, we called again. After insisting there were no other rooms and saying others had stayed there, the front desk wanted to send someone to check the odor and we asked what they could do about it. After a long silence, he “found” another room. This could have been resolved much earlier. Both rooms were still close to the street and noisy. We later realized we had Hotels.com VIP access, but we received none of the promised benefits, no wine and no room upgrade. Only when we asked later, he said the benefit was a bottle of wine which was given next morning when we asked again. Breakfast was also disappointing and barely better than a basic continental breakfast. Overall, the high rating is very misleading. If you’re looking for a truly comfortable vacation experience and can afford a slightly higher price, I would recommend choosing another hotel.

La habitacion excelente pero al dar a la calle el ruido por la noche era molesto. De igual forma el aire acondicionado tambien era ruidoso

La habitación y la playa fue lo que más nos gustó, super tranquila y limpia, el servicio muy bueno, el personal es muy amable, el único detalle en lo personal es que la alberca es más pequeña que otras que hemos visitado.

This hotel is extremely well maintained, someone was always cleaning something no matter the time of day. The suite we had was perfect, with a kitchen, dining tale, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom, all for the same price as a basic room at the IHG hotel next door. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beach divine, over all 5/5 stars! The only con is the food. The breakfast buffet was expensive and lukewarm, and not very good. We tried both lunch and dinner at the onsite restaurant, and neither was good and both expensive. Luckily, the hotel next door has fantastic food (though still expensive, lol) and can be walked to in about 1 min on the beach! Absolutely stay here for the room though, the A/C is stellar, the beds comfy, and the room size exceptional.

There was no free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Although we checked in in the early hour (after midnight), they only gave us 1 extra hour for checking out and wanted to charge us $50 US for 1 extra hour. Overall, it was a good stay, nothing fancy, just good.

I chose Beachscape because of the villa and garden style over the tall hotels surrounded by concrete. I chose it for the beach and the large amount of shallow

Très bien reçu dans cet établissement, accès direct à la plage, grande piscine, néanmoins très vieillissant. Prix très acceptable pour Cancún, nous y avons fait notre première nuit. Je recommande plutôt pour une étape que pour des vacances.
