I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.

It was okay but the bathroom was cold

Room was very clean, but small. Bathroom was cold, no heat vent. Staff very friendly. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and wsterfront.

The policy online says check-in "3pm to anytime". I booked the room so my pregnant wife would have a place to stay until a morning appointment. The desk clerk said they didn't allow check-in after 3am and sent her away.

The hotel location is terrific; close to the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and compact and the king bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Property informed us on the day of arrival that they don’t have any rooms, meanwhile credit card got charged. On top of that, their customer service was rude.

The front desk person was very courteous and efficient. The room I was given however was not what I had reserved. The room was supposed to have a fireplace but the room I got is very, very small and no fireplace. I am too weary to say anything about it so I can't really blame the hotel since I didn't give them a chance to correct it. The room is nice and clean and quiet - so all is good.

Room was dirty when checking in. Another traveller in our group, their room was not cleaned at all, I think someone just rolled out of the bed before they arrived at their room.

They didn’t salt and clear ice on steps during ice storm….Tild staff at desk but they didn’t seem to care. Other than it was all good

Parking lot was not maintained, neither was front entrance. There was a sheet of ice on the front stairs and ramp. While using the lobby, I had a staff continously asking and confirming whether or not I had a room and was therefore a guest. The representative dueing check out was lovely, however, the remaining staff could use coaching on customer service. The hotel itseld is nice, the room was small but very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Again, outside was in poor condition and unsafe.

Parking was easy. Very close to the venue we were attending.

The heating system was very very loud and the bathroom floor was absolutely freezing. Cleanliness is good

Staff were fine. Room extremely noisy window heating unit that disrupted our sleep. smallest room I have ever experienced(like a closet) View: for a "Waterfront Hotel" our view was a brick wall!! It sucked.
