房間好。酒店附近沒有什麼，有點不太放便。

Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again

Lovely room, spacious,clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as was our evening meal.

Room was clean, staff polite and efficient, Good breakfast. One slight problem some sort of alam kept going off intermittentily thorughought the night not very loud but noticable.

Worst hotel ever

Room for the first night, the heating was not working and a draft coming into the room from the window. Got moved into a different room for the remainder of the stay but the heating still didn’t work. That along with the lift not working from the first floor causing us to carry luggage up each day. Staff were great, but the overall experience of the stay left a lot to be desired.

Spacious room with all you need

Nice hotel. good location for Wales Millennium centre. Very noisy teenagers running up and down the corridor, shouting and at 12.30 a.m also adults out in the corridor at 4.30 a.m talking loudly and laughing Very poor night sleep.

Everything we needed. Easy parking, simple check in process, friendly staff, clean room. All great.

Rude staff as soon as we arrived. The works opposite had a train running all night with sirens going so we had no sleep at all. If we had known there were works there we would never have stayed

This was our second stay at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly. The free parking is a plus and it's not far from the bars and restaurants in Cardiff Bay.
