Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again

TV was a nightmare to operate, so reported to reception whi said that they would send someone to check it out. No-one came!

Worst night stay in Cardiff, room sub standard the noise from outside was atrocious. Traffic all night long a/c unit didn’t work and the tv didn’t also.

Safe didn’t work, very loud guests loitering in the hall, children screaming at 10:30pm in the hall. Had to ask them to be quiet as we had two young children trying to sleep in our room. Had requested a quiet room for this very reason so was frustrated - we were also given a room facing the busy dual carriageway.

The hotel felt dated and worn and our room had the smell of stale urine. Also as our Level 4 room was on the wrong side of the hotel there was loud live music playing until 1am both on Friday and Saturday. The plus side was that every staff member was very helpful and friendly.
