Lovely spot. Ideal for a relaxing break. A little isolated in so much as either a car or taxi required to go anywhere to eat and drink other than the hotel itself. Lovely look and feel, we have stayed on a number of occasions. Nice pool and garden areas and indoor and outdoor bar areas. Small gym. Well appointed and spaclous rooms with terraces and balconies. Pet friendly and great areas for pets to explore.

Excellent hotel just off A7 at Sotogrande, plenty free parking, large modern airy reception area, lovely friendly professional welcome from Triana, very spacious bedroom with massive bed, lots work space, good WiFi, breakfast was very good, lots variety to suit all tastes, grounds and pool area very clean and relaxing.

I have stayed at the Hotel Encinar many times. The staff are fabulous, and it's a convenient location. Great facilities, looking forward to my next visit.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful … I was there only one night so didn’t have a chance to use the amenities but they appeared to be well maintained.

Das Hotel liegt unweit der A-7 bei Sotogrande und ist perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp in Richtung Westen (Gibraltar, Cádiz). Mein Zimmer verfügte über eine kleine Terrasse, die man durch eine klassische Hoteltür betrat. Dann folgte eine weitere Tür, dahinter befanden sich der Flur, das Bad und etwas tiefer gelegen der Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr neu und hochwertig. Das Restaurant bot eine Auswahl an Speisen und guten Wein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent. Leider war der Pool noch nicht freigegeben. Das Fitnessstudio hingegen stand zur Verfügung und verfügte über ein modernes Laufband, auf dem ich ein paar Kilometer gelaufen bin. Direkt neben dem Hotel konnte man kostenlos parken. Der einzige Wermutstropfen bei meinem Aufenthalt: im Schlaf- und Wohnbereich meines Zimmers gab es unregelmäßig ein nerviges, kurzes Geräusch, das dem Vibrationsalarm eines Mobiltelefons ähnelte. Solche Geräusche triggern mich leider. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel.

Incredible hotel. Very fancy, lovely room, great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helped me with taxis and translation. I ordered room service during my stay, there was a great selection of meals, it arrived quickly and was delicious. I was only here for two nights during the off season for a wedding, so didn’t experience the pool or much of the local area, so I can only review the hotel itself, and I am incredibly happy with my stay here. I would definitely come back again.

everything was amazing

Lovely room and grounds. Our room had a patio which we enjoyed. Restaurant was very nice and a great breakfast also.

Air conditioning in the room didn’t work ! TV didn’t work ! Room wasn’t serviced ! But apart from that the hotel is very convenient! I think that’s probably the reason people stay there !

Staff at reception is unhelpful and not polite. Customer service is poor. Customer interaction is terrible. Room design is not convenient. Room cleanliness is average. Location of hotel is not close to any amenities. I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved this place. Just off highway so we were sceptical about location and noise but it was a lovely oasis. We stayed facing a large green area and didn’t hear traffic at all. The pool was lovely, rooms spotless and new. People kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Everything and everyone at Encinar hotel was excellent, very impressed and convenient location for all the golf courses in the area. Everything seemed within 15 mins. Wen used taxis to go everywhere including Gibraltar
