Nice stay except room too closed to the main st...a bit noisy

Located in the heart, you can navigate all of Derry from here. Inside on-site parking. But the reception staff was not very friendly, the bathroom in particular was shabby with dated features, Wifi was free but too slow.

Good location, can do walking tour by yourself. Room is clean and tidy. Discounted breakfast is good. Bread is tasty.

Recently refurbished so condition very good. Excellent cleanliness although bathroom shower was in bathtub, so access difficult for older travellers. Front desk & breakfast staff were outstanding friendly & helpful

Beautiful hotel and location.

Liked a lot - but challenging to park if you don't get there early to use the free car park - you park off site a block and a half away and there's not an easy way to drop off/pick up suitcases as the road is busy

Eigenes kleines Parkhaus, wir erhielten den letzten Platz! Hotel in der Innenstadt, doch war diese am Freitag ab 18.00h tot, alle Läden mit herunter gelassenen Storen geschlossen! Mehr Leben ausserhalb der Mauern.

Nice hotel in a great location. The room was very nice but our bathroom floor looked a little tired. Great breakfast and location!

Great location, close to local attractions & dining

An enjoyable stay in Derry with a hotel that is very central to anything you would like to do in the city. My downside to the hotel was I thought it was a bit expensive for the hotel. We had our room booked with breakfast and the breakfast was an open buffet style. This was decent enough in fairness although staff could be a little slow in greeting you/clearing tables after use. The room we had was a good size. The pillows were a tad hard to sleep on and the bathroom felt a bit old.

Hotell med bästa läge. Något slitet och inte prisvärt. Vi fick nog betala mer pga att en parad inträffade medan vi var där.

The hotel is very tired! It needs to be updated.

Because of a soccor tourney the price was a little high, but other than that it was great.

The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable as I had arrive a couple hours before my check in and they stored my large luggage with them whilst I explored the city. They also provided me a map, recommended affordable tours and some great sites to visit. I highly recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance to the nightlife, the historical areas, shopping centre and not far from the bus depot if you were catching a bus to another city. My hotel room came with a fan, a security safe for my valuables and I was lucky enough to have a room overlooking the river which was scenic with the Guild Hall and Peace Bridge in view. It was a wonderful experience and thank you again to the Maldron staff, you were all amazing!

The entire hotel stinks of smoke! Not pleasant!!
