Located in the heart, you can navigate all of Derry from here. Inside on-site parking. But the reception staff was not very friendly, the bathroom in particular was shabby with dated features, Wifi was free but too slow.

Zimmer war absolut nicht sauber. Make-up-Spuren im Bad, Heizkörper staubig und Tropfspuren einer bräunlichen Flüssigkeit. Dusche mit vielen gebrochenen Fliesen, alles Spiegel waren verschmiert, WC-Spülung hat nur sehr widerwillig funktioniert. Starker modriger Geruch gepaart mit Raumduft.
Betten toll, wenn auch Decken sehr dick.
Personal durchgehend ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Lage gut, Frühstücksbuffett ebenfalls völlig ausreichend.

We weren't able to park at the garage on-site because it was full, so we had to walk a few blocks to another parking lot, which was a bit of a disappointment. But other than that, everything was great! It's a large hotel with comfortable rooms, and right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast buffet is extensive.

Recently refurbished so condition very good. Excellent cleanliness although bathroom shower was in bathtub, so access difficult for older travellers. Front desk & breakfast staff were outstanding friendly & helpful
