非常好的經驗，房間大，服務佳，雖是舊建築，但仍看到維持好環境，讓旅客賓至如歸

Die Lage und Aussicht des Hotel‘s ist fantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist das Hotel im Umbau, dadurch wurden wir des Öfteren früh Morgens durch Baulärm unsanft geweckt.

The pool is great but the artificial grass is far from ideal its very hot to walk on and is badly laid and a trip hazard! Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived the toilet was far from clean. The rooms are nice and cool in the hot temperature we had. Good location though great views.

La struttura non è nuova ma dotata di molti confort.Personale gentile cibo più che discreto ci si deve adattare ai primi piatti a mio avviso.Per il resto ok.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, durften eine Stunde früher einchecken und bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade mit Meerblick und tollem, großem Zimmer. Es war alles sauber und wir hatten eins der älteren Zimmer aber mir hat die Einrichtung sehr gut gefallen, weil es trotzdem sehr hochwertig eingerichtet war und wirklich große Zimmer mit viel Stauraum waren. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und der Infinity-Pool war traumhaft! Einen tollen Ausblick und beheiztes Wasser. Das Hotel liegt Fußläufig zur Fähre und zu Bushaltestellen sowie Restaurants. Wir waren echt begeistert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Toller Service, wir würden immer wieder Kommen.

Large, clean room with an amazing view. The staff were helpful. Beautiful pool, good location in the harbor. Great selection of fresh food at breakfast, but coffee was bitter, not tasty. The hotel is old, some cracks in walls and terraces, the many elevators are a maze, not all of them worked. We needed to take stairs to the elevators, or take an elevator to change to another elevator. Take maintenance staff starts work early, they work hard, but they also woke us up after 8:30am to fix an issue in the room, on another day there were construction notices at 8am above our room. The AC can be lowered only to 18C, it stopped working on one of the days for a few hours. The reception did not have a cart to put our luggage on to take to the room, all needed to be carried. No AC in the hallways.

Nice hotel lovely views from the pool and the rooms. Hotel deco in the room was a little outdated but all functional and bed was comfortable. Having a balcony with a table chairs and sunbed was great. Although it can be noisy with the comings and goings of the road and ferries but only when sat outside not during the night. Air conditioning was great and needed local restaurants nearby served great food. A nice break for a solo traveller

The infinity pool was amazing - very clean and fantastic views. Plenty of sun loungers. Generally cleanliness was ok - not great. Pretty worn decor and pool toilet facility was gross. Reception weren’t very helpful on arrival. Staff change next day and they were much better. Amazing location and attentive bar / restaurant staff. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and very fresh. Overall fab hotel, location and pool - just a bit shabby

Everything about the hotel stay was perfect. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and they decorated the room with balloons and banners which was a lovely touch. The infinity pool was amazing. There is construction work going on at the moment but it didn't impact our holiday at all. The staff were so lovely and friendly. I will be definitely be going again.

We are returning customers and no matter how many times we visit Gozo, The Grand is always our home away from home. We always stay in a superior seaview room because the view is just amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Grand Gozo.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel mit wunderschönem Blick und Pool. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einem alten englischen Film, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich ist es draußen nicht ruhig, wenn regelmäßig Fähren ankommen und die Autos dann die Straße hochfahren. Und das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht hier nichts. Eine bezaubernde Insel, und die Küstenwanderung vom Hotel über den Hafen nach links zum Strand Hondoq einfach ein Traum.

Excellent location, spacious, comfortable and clean room, abundant breakfast and very helpful staff... And the cherry on the cake? Martin Sapiano who helped us each time we met on the premises. Will visit again for sure
