Au top!! Rien à dire!! Personnel super sympathique, les chambres sont nickel, la piscine au top, petit déjeuner au top, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel! AU TOP!!!!

The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches.

It was great for a romantic get away. The spa,was nice. It is a bit far from the city center, but beautiful hiking trails. The massage was amazing.

Just one overnight on way across country. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Would have like a relaxing lounge area. Cafeteria food was good, no complaints but not somewhere that you would linger over a few drinks. Didn’t get to use the spa this trip, perhaps next time.

El Hotel es un muy buen Hotel, viejo en algunos aspectos lejos del centro, pero muy agradable, con facilidades de estacionamiento afuera

La verdad que no ha sido mi mejor estancia en este maravillo hotel , pero bueno por un día de varios alojados no vamos a poner un punto negro, pero está noche hacia demasiado calor en las instalaciones, habitaciónes etc , dormí mal , acompañado de los vecinos q no desistieron en sus brutales acometidas sexuales de bajar la bandera blanca, a pesar de mis varios golpes en el cabecero a la misma vez q los de algún otro vecino , preocupado seguramente como yo, por la ansiedad, iptus o enfermedad rara q estaba sufriendo la acompañante al sacar a la luz sus grandes cuerdas vocales, seguro q toma mucha miel y propóleo, esos chillidos son de otra época. Posdata , cuando el hotel esté semivacío, como era el caso, por favor no ubiquen en la misma planta a parejas felices con gente q va a trabajar , yo estoy acostumbrado en otros hoteles q frecuento que. Alós comerciales, trabajadores etc, nos reubican juntos , alejados de gente de paso o parejas que vienen a demostrar q son capaces de durar más de 5min a pleno rendimiento. Estamos para mejorar no pasa nada , tenerlo en cuenta . Muchas gracias

There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend
