Todo perfecto, pero en el desayuno eche de menos un buen café de cafetera. Prefiero menos comida, pero disfrutar de un buen café.

Como reclamación indicaría que las botellas y refrescos de la recepción se tienen que pagar en el mostrador. Intenté comprar una botella de agua sobre las 21:30 y había únicamente una persona en el mostrador y una cola de 7 u 8 clientes para check-in. Me resultó imposible. No entiendo cómo no dispone un hotel de este nivel un terminal para pago con tarjeta junto a la nevera de bebidas.

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. The staff were extremely inflexible about allowing children into the spa even for a short time, which meant we couldn’t enjoy any swimming. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, as it is a central feature on your website. I traveled all the way to the spa solely for the pool, and it would have been very helpful if it had been clearly indicated that the pool was closed—there was no notice or text about this. We asked if anything could be done to allow our child to swim at a time when there were no other guests, but nothing could be arranged. The hotel itself was unremarkable. Breakfast was very average, and the balconies were extremely close together. There was a couple next to us smoking and drinking wine, which made it uncomfortable to sit there with our child, especially with a view of the closed pool. Overall, we will not return and are unlikely to recommend this hotel, unless staying in Arranjues is unavoidable. We also visited the hotel to check it out in preparation for an upcoming wedding. However, after our experience, staying here is completely out of the question.

Clean room and comfortable sleep . The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived an hour after checkin began. The room was uncomfortably hot although it was 40+ degrees outside. Welcome drink was a nice touch and very welcome !

Fantastisch hotel erg schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Voor de verjaardag van onze dochter kregen we champagne en taart van de roomservice echt onvergetelijk bedankt voor dit top verblijf!

Comodidad en cuanto camas, silencioso, grande precioso y amabilidad en todo momento tanto recepción como cafeteria. Por dar algun apunte la piscina en verano necesita mas sombras teniendo en cuenta las altas temperaturas por lo demás todo perfecto. Volveremos

Hotel de paso para descansar una noche y visitar Palacio de Aranjuez. Desayuno abundante y de calidad. Habitación cómoda.

El check in más de 25 minutos teniendo a dos personas delante únicamente. Solo una chica atendiendo. Al cabo de 20 minutos la ayudó otro señor.
