La verdad que no ha sido mi mejor estancia en este maravillo hotel , pero bueno por un día de varios alojados no vamos a poner un punto negro, pero está noche hacia demasiado calor en las instalaciones, habitaciónes etc , dormí mal , acompañado de los vecinos q no desistieron en sus brutales acometidas sexuales de bajar la bandera blanca, a pesar de mis varios golpes en el cabecero a la misma vez q los de algún otro vecino , preocupado seguramente como yo, por la ansiedad, iptus o enfermedad rara q estaba sufriendo la acompañante al sacar a la luz sus grandes cuerdas vocales, seguro q toma mucha miel y propóleo, esos chillidos son de otra época. Posdata , cuando el hotel esté semivacío, como era el caso, por favor no ubiquen en la misma planta a parejas felices con gente q va a trabajar , yo estoy acostumbrado en otros hoteles q frecuento que. Alós comerciales, trabajadores etc, nos reubican juntos , alejados de gente de paso o parejas que vienen a demostrar q son capaces de durar más de 5min a pleno rendimiento. Estamos para mejorar no pasa nada , tenerlo en cuenta . Muchas gracias

There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend

Todo perfecto, pero en el desayuno eche de menos un buen café de cafetera. Prefiero menos comida, pero disfrutar de un buen café.

Como reclamación indicaría que las botellas y refrescos de la recepción se tienen que pagar en el mostrador. Intenté comprar una botella de agua sobre las 21:30 y había únicamente una persona en el mostrador y una cola de 7 u 8 clientes para check-in. Me resultó imposible. No entiendo cómo no dispone un hotel de este nivel un terminal para pago con tarjeta junto a la nevera de bebidas.

Hotel bien situado para entrar y salir x temas de trabajo

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. The staff were extremely inflexible about allowing children into the spa even for a short time, which meant we couldn’t enjoy any swimming. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, as it is a central feature on your website. I traveled all the way to the spa solely for the pool, and it would have been very helpful if it had been clearly indicated that the pool was closed—there was no notice or text about this. We asked if anything could be done to allow our child to swim at a time when there were no other guests, but nothing could be arranged. The hotel itself was unremarkable. Breakfast was very average, and the balconies were extremely close together. There was a couple next to us smoking and drinking wine, which made it uncomfortable to sit there with our child, especially with a view of the closed pool. Overall, we will not return and are unlikely to recommend this hotel, unless staying in Arranjues is unavoidable. We also visited the hotel to check it out in preparation for an upcoming wedding. However, after our experience, staying here is completely out of the question.

Otite vacance à Madrid

Clean room and comfortable sleep . The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived an hour after checkin began. The room was uncomfortably hot although it was 40+ degrees outside. Welcome drink was a nice touch and very welcome !
