The hotel is very good, nice and big room. Walking distance to down town is nice with lake view. A pleasant stay.

The first impression was high class, but many design are not user friendly and stupid when use it. Stuck up hotel policy that you have to pay for everything, such as car park, wifi, pool, gym. Good location in town and staffs are friendly.

Hei, Huone oli varattu ja maksettu kolmelle hengelle, mutta huoneessa oli vain kaksi juomalasia ja kaksi kuppia. Lisäksi huoneessa oli pölyä sekä pöydillä että lattialla. Parveke oli likainen – siellä oli mm. linnunkakkaa, ja hotellin poistoilmat puhalsivat suoraan parvekkeelle tehden oleskelusta epämiellyttävää. Suihkussa suihkuseinän lasiovi ei sulkeutunut kunnolla, koska saranat olivat löystyneet ja ovi oli vinossa. Oven sulkeminen vaati varovaisuutta, jotta se ei rikkoutuisi. Aamupala oli maistuva ja monipuolinen, mutta ikävää oli, että ulkona syödessä linnut hyökkäsivät ruoan kimppuun heti, jos poistui hetkeksi pöydästä. Samat linnut pääsivät myös sisälle ja kävivät nokkimassa aamupalapöytiä, joista asiakkaat hakivat ruokaa. Kuljetus hotellilta rautatieasemalle oli ilmainen ja erittäin toimiva – siitä erityiskiitos.

Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day

Restauration déjeuner ; diner CATASTROPHIQUE !!!

Aircondition var i stykker og dryppede vand på gulv hvor tæppet var gennemblødt, fik nyt værelse. Hotellet er noget slidt. Parkering ikke muligt da alt var optaget Fik osteomelet hvor osten ikke var smeltet Der var bananfluer ved morgenbuffet. Sparsom imødekommenhed ved spørgsmål eller meget lidt løsnings orientering fra personalet

Hotel bem conservado, quartos e banheiros amplos, comodidade de acesso ao spa atraves de elevador interno dedicado e exclusivo aos hospedes.Bom restaurante e cafe da manha impecavel. Atendimento extremamente atencioso tanto por parte da recepção como no restaurante e buffet de cafe da manhã. Equipe esta de parabéns.

Schöner SPA-Bereich mit Aussenpool

Fantastic location on the shores of lake Geneva. If the weather is good it makes the stay more special. Stayed in a deluxe room with lake view - lake view is very obscured due to the trees - what it really means is that you face the lake. Room was spacious and as expected for a Hilton. We arrived at 3pm and the manager wanted to check the room to ensure it was ready so we were given a free drink in the bar which was a nice touch. We only had to wait 10 mins so by the time we had our drinks the room was ready and our bags had been taken up We used the spa facilities which left us a little underwhelmed. It could really do with a refurbish. One of the bathrooms, the door frame was rotten and there were colonies of ants all over. Overall nice location, nice stay but certain areas need a revamp

Sehr nettes Team, super Frühstück und das ganze Restaurant war elegant und hübsch eingerichtet. Dazu gefiel mir der Garten und man hatte einen wunderschönen Seeausblick.

Accueil parfait, le hall est splendide et les chambre au standard d’un hôtel 4*. Nous avons dîner sur place, le service un peu dépassé par l’afflux de clients, malgré tout un service très professionnel et agréable ! On recommande !

La chambre est propre, les communs également. Accueil courtois, petit déjeuner soigné et complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Étonnant surprenant et dommage qu’il y ait du café lyophilisé dans la chambre dans un 4 étoiles.. au lieu d’un café en capsule ( plus qualitatif) que l’on retrouve chez les concurrents !

Lovely comfortable hotel. Spa was a little disappointing as sauna was being refurbed and Haman was not hot enough. However we were offered a free breakfast, which was very good 😊

The room was clean but had a funny smell and it was very noisy. The breakfast was poor for cleanliness as there were a lot of flies around the food and the service was not great. For the price it was an average stay.

Chaque année à cette période je me rends à cet hôtel. Une vraie joie. Seulement , c’est la deuxième fois qu’un équipement n’est pas disponible pour travaux. Cette fois, le Hammam. Simplement prévenir… car je viens de Lyon pour ça.

Agréable pour se détendre, accueil irréprochable. L'équipe du petit déjeuner est vraiment a l'écoute du client.merci beaucoup
