The hotel is very good, nice and big room. Walking distance to down town is nice with lake view. A pleasant stay.

The first impression was high class, but many design are not user friendly and stupid when use it. Stuck up hotel policy that you have to pay for everything, such as car park, wifi, pool, gym. Good location in town and staffs are friendly.

Way above our expectations ! Hotel and staff were amazing, particular mention to Karina in the restaurant !!! Sadly we were only there for an overnight stop, would loved to have spent more time there. Definitely next time!!

Chambre très belle avec vu sur le lac.

Tres loin du standard auquel nous nous attendions pour un hilton. Personnel désagréable, chambre tres limite...acces au spa à la piscine impossible avec un enfant car tout complet ou alors "vous n'avez qu'à aller dehors" , sous la pluie avec 15 degres... mauvaise expérience et hôtel différent pour notre prochain séjour.

Excellent séjour au Hilton, tout était parfait dans l’ensemble : accueil chaleureux, chambres spacieuses et confortables, propreté irréprochable et service de qualité. Seul petit bémol : le spa devrait être accessible à toutes les catégories de chambres, y compris les chambres confort.

Bon séjour en famille malgré un désagrément (pas de lit bébé pourtant demandé à 15h pour dire nous dire à passer minuit qu'ils en avait plus) Le restaurant est bien on voit que les serveurs sont novices sans expérience.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at this cozy hotel in Evian. Perfect location near the lake promenade and city center. Free shuttle from the train station. Comfortable room with nice view towards the lake. Good and quite variate breakfast. Nice spa (not included in our room category) with massage offers by experienced therapist. My mother appreciated the 50 min soft massage. Nice and friendly personnel who are ready to help with all you need. We appreciated that the hotel was ready to pay us back one last night in case we needed to leave earlier, but in the end it was not necessary. In summary, we strongly recommend this hotel.

Var skuffede over, at hotellet ikke svarede til forventningerne. Morgenbuffeten skuffede med dårlig opfyldning, dårlig stemning mellem personalet. Oversteget bacon, smagsløse pølser. Frugt og grønt der bar præg af at være skåret ud mange timer tidligere. Juicen var meget fortyndet.

Malgré un établissement plutôt situé dans la catégorie haut de gamme , j ai été vraiment déçue par l accueil du personnel , je voyage souvent et c est la première fois que je tombe sur des personnes très peu accueillantes et peu avenantes. De plus , notre chambre n étant encore pas prête malgré l’horaire 15h30, nous nous sommes vus proposés « gratuitement «  un surclassement vers une chambre deluxe mais le lendemain je suis débité d un montant supérieur à la caution alors je n’avais pas autorisé cela et surtout que la personne qui a fait mon Check in n’a jamais mentionné. Après avoir insisté à l accueil j ai finalement été remboursé de cet extra mais j attends toujours le remboursement de ma caution. Bref expérience client vraiment pas top.

Séjour médiocre, j’ai attendu 1h30 pour récupérer ma chambre. Personnel non ou peu expérimenté. Chambre pas propre, oublie du set coton/coton tige, papier toilette et boîte de cleenex vide et non remplacé suite à mon signalement le matin

에비앙이라는 소도시를 너무 좋아해서 무리한 일정 속에 방문하게 되었습니다. 평소 힐튼 브랜드를 애용하는지라 힐튼 에비앙 레 방을 고민도 없이 선택했으며 정문을 들어서 체크인때까지의 인상은 너무나 좋았습니다. 그런데 객실에 들어서니 서비스로 제공되는 생수는 먹다남은 그대로였고 리셉션에 얘기하여 무료로 2병을 더 제공해주는 걸로 잘 정리하였습니다. 하지만 이후가 문제였습니다. 외출하고 돌아오니 제너럴매니져라며 다짜고짜 리셉션 고객응대 사진촬영했으면 지워라, 보여달라더니 없다니깐 사진첩을 확인하고서야 사과하더군요. 너무 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 객실 돌아오니 청소상태가 엉망임을 발견했어요. 욕조에는 벌레가 죽어있고 벽에는 거미줄에 거미, 구석구석 먼지.. 결과적으로 청결하지 않으며 서비스 자세도 엉망이었기에 마지막 여행지에서 저희 기분도 엉망이 되었습니다. 다시는 찾고 싶지 않을 호텔입니다. 힐튼의 명성이 아까워요.

Très belle endroit

Schönes Hotel an Top-Lage mit Pool und gutem Frühstück, das draussen auf der Terasse genossen werden kann.

Beautiful, comfortable room. Very well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely spa and great massage. Well located to shopping, restaurants and the ferry to Lausanne. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war hervorragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption (vor allem der Concièrge) war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hotel incrível!!! Funcionários gentis e muito prestativos. Sempre preocupados com o bem estar do hóspede. Cidade magnífica. Voltarei com certeza!!!!
