We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall facilities were well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and helpful, making the check-in process and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. The common areas, including the pool and gym, were always tidy and inviting. As a minor opportunity for improvement, heating the pool would make it even more enjoyable on cooler days, and expanding the range of weight-training equipment in the gym would enhance the experience for guests who exercise regularly. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel lindo funcionários se esforçam mas se comparado com mandarin de outros paises vc se decepciona. Alguns deslizes acontecem, como três pessoas no quarto e só colocam duas toalhas de banho. Eles tem arrumação de camas pra dormir com chocolate, um dia arrumação outro não, Foi cobrado o café da manhã na minha conta sendo que estava incluso, então são coisinhas que o transformam em 4 estrelas. Voltaria, mas gostaria de deixar registrado para outros hóspedes.

we were only there for 1 night and our flight to santiago was delayed 4.5 hours - staff without even asking gave us a late checkout to help get a good nights sleep. grounds, room and staff amazing. would definitely return

The staff Was Very friendly the hotel was well. Location rooms were big and comfortable. The front desk and the restaurant. Staff was amazing. The food really very excellent.

Loved almost everything: location, staff, restaurants. Only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that I arranged for shuttle to and from airport for my group. Was originally told 150,000 Chilean pesos, however, when I went to check out, they told me that was just for one way and that I would be charged another 150,000 Chilean pesos for my return trip to the airport… tried to escalate at hotel, but no one got back to me…other than this transaction, beautiful hotel
